We had great time riding. Jet ski John was personable and informative. If we come back to Ft Lauderdale we would book with this company again.

I've never been jet skiing before, and had such an incredible time. Travis, my guide, was really helpful, detailed, and careful. He broke down the basics and helped me get started and comfortable with jet skiing, since I had never done it before and came by myself. I felt very comfortable and he showed me around. We got lucky and saw some beautiful dolphins come out that day. He also stayed with me the entire trip because i wasn't confident about my internal compass on how I'd get back, which was very generous and appreciated! He also even took some great videos and photos of my experience, which I'll cherish forever. I'd love to do this again and if I'm back in Ft. Lauderdale I'll definitely choose this place.

It was a blast and we had a lot of fun! We would do this for sure again. The entire experience had only one downside! When we did the booking online we were ask for any tips which we denied. When we returned to the station and signed off on the phone of the guide we were asked again. Unfortunately I haven't had my glasses on and I tipped the wrong button.

Great experience! First time on a jet ski! Travis was great! Kids had a great time! Overall a lot of fun!

Amazing experience, unfortunately we were speed restricted due to holidays but the operator even called us in advance to explain and even offered a full refund (great service). Travis was a great help in getting us out on the water and explained all the rules very professionally - great service! Will definitely do again when in the area.

Machines were well maintained and worked properly. I was a little disappointed at the fact that I called and spoke with a representative prior to booking that said we could book the two hour trip and run wide open wherever we wanted. most of the trip was in no wake zones and there was a short stretch where you could run 25.

It was a good experience, but our jet ski malfunction and the warning sign came on so we went back. Overall a good time.

Great Experience. easy Check in process. Good instructions. Loved going up and down the intercostal! The hour went by fast, so make sure you pay attention to time to get back in time! Would Definitely Recommend. Easy valet parking at the hotel if you're driving there. Water taxi stops there as well- so could get there via that!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time, staff was fantastic, very courtious and helpful. Jet Skis where very nice. We loved it so much we did again the next day

Total waste of time and money. They ran more than 40 minutes late on the reservation. The price was WAY overpriced for 1 hour. They advertised that they are fast jet skis but the waterway doesn’t slow you to have a wake. Don’t waste your time. The woman I booked with on the phone was also rude and was acting like she was inconvenienced by me. Terrible.
