Um passeio pelo Swanaford Vineyard dá aos visitantes uma visão fascinante sobre o cultivo de uvas e a fabricação de vinho na Inglaterra. Os visitantes vão passear pelas vinhas, vendo as cinco variedades que cultivamos no local, incluindo Chardonnay, Pinot Noir e Pinot Meunier que são as uvas tradicionais de champanhe. Uma visita na primavera permitirá que os visitantes vejam as vinhas emergindo da hibernação de inverno, com novos brotos formando nas vinhas recém-colhidas. No verão alto ou início do outono, espere muito crescimento vigoroso e, claro, uvas! O vinhedo está situado em um belo vale dentro do Parque Nacional Dartmoor e é cercado por paisagens deslumbrantes. A really nice visit enjoyed by all adults and older children
Lovely and informative way to spend a few hours in Devon countryside Had a walk round the vineyards where the grapes and process was explained. After we sampled the wine. The wine was delicious. The host was absolutely fantastic. Explained everything in a lovely engaging manner
A fantastic visit, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and approachable, the wine was great and we learned a lot. A beautiful quiet setting, would definitely recommend!
We were excited to visit the beautiful Swanaford Vineyard and it didn't disappoint! Caroline & Ben were on hand to do the tour as there was a mix up with the times, but we had an excellent visit with our friends and it was interesting to learn about the process and hard work that goes into making the lovely wine we tasted. We wish them all the best for the future!
A very enjoyable experience , whilst also learning more about grape varieties, growing vines and the all important production and tasting of wine - a very good set of British wines. Mollie, our guide, was knowledgeable and able to engage well with the group, making the whole experience fun, the time flew by. Tasting samples were generous! Good value for money.
Great setting, Molly was a very thoughtful, knowledgeable and passionate guide. Tour around the 10 acres of different vines, explained the different taste and types, then back to the barn for 4 tastings. Great value for money.

Tim was a fantastically knowledgeable and passionate guide. Had excellent knowledge but also didn’t push too much technical jargon onto our group, which was fantastic for half the group who were only interested in the wine tasting aspect!! The vineyard is in beautiful surroundings and is a very well worth visit when in/around Exeter. The wines (2 still white, 2 sparkling white and 1 sparkling rose) are fantastic too!
