Very informative and Alex personality was great. We explored different parts of Atlanta and since it had been years since i had been there, the changes. Atlanta is a beautiful city.

This tour was booked as a “Hop on/Hop off Atlanta City Tour” 3 months before our trip. BE WARNED*** This is NOT the typical multi-stop tour where you can catch the tour bus at multiple stops through the City and at your leisure. Without notification and before we arrived, the tour was changed to the “Black History Atlanta Bus Tour”, guided in a shuttle bus with three stops, including one at a public market for restrooms and lunch. A message to the company a month before the scheduled date in order to confirm the confusion went unanswered. We could not cancel without being out our prepaid $132. The company refused a requested refund.
Ma'am you are going through extensive lengths to try to ruin the creditability of our business after you received the service. If you read the description , it says it only picks up at one stop. THAT IS BODLY STATED ON THE TICKET!! YOU DIDN'T READ !! You are and we did allow for you to hop off and take photos, YOU SAT IN THE BUS ON THE PHONE. HOW IS THIS OUR FAULT?? Atlanta is not New York, there are not many safe spaces, we do not have multi buses as to why a detailed description is on the site, that YOU IGNORED!! You are trying to ruin our Black Owned, Woman Owned Small Business and its truly sad. You got on the bus, agreed to our service, did the tour, experienced it and now you want money back? How does that work. You are harassing us and its showing your true character...
