Max 10 personen! Dit is geen typische stadstour — het is een complete Zurich-ervaring die bijna als een privétour aanvoelt. Met kleine groepen word je niet gehaast of verdwaald in de menigte. In plaats daarvan verken je Zürich in een ontspannen tempo, met echte lokale inzichten en tijd om echt van elke plek te genieten. In één naadloze ervaring combineert u : een begeleide wandeling door de oude binnenstad een schilderachtige rondvaart over het meer van Zürich Een rit met historisch en modern vervoer (kabelbaan, tram, kabelbaan) panoramisch uitzicht vanaf de “lokale bergen” (Felsenegg of Uetliberg) Wat deze tour anders maakt is de flow : alles is zorgvuldig getimed en verbonden, zodat je geen tijd verspilt aan plannen, wachten of dingen uitzoeken. De tour begint met een korte rit op de Polybahn kabelbaan, die ons in slechts drie minuten van Central naar het panoramische terras voor het hoofdgebouw van het Federaal Instituut voor Technologie brengt. Vanaf dit uitkijkpunt geniet je van een prachtig uitzicht over de stad en ontdek je fascinerende inzichten in ETH, evenals de bijdragen van Zwitserland aan onderwijs, wetenschap en innovatie.
Ontdek de betoverende charme van de oude binnenstad van Zürich, een levendige wijk vol geschiedenis, cultuur en tijdloze schoonheid. Wandel door de smalle, geplaveide straatjes, geflankeerd door middeleeuwse gebouwen, boetiekjes en uitnodigende cafés. Bewonder iconische bezienswaardigheden zoals de Grossmünster en de Sint-Pieterskerk, met de grootste wijzerplaat van Europa. Of u nu verborgen steegjes ontdekt, unieke winkels bezoekt of gewoon geniet van de levendige sfeer van de pittoreske pleinen, de oude binnenstad van Zürich belooft een boeiende reis naar het rijke erfgoed van de stad. De volgende haltes bevinden zich allemaal in deze historische wijk.
We zullen ons verbazen over de prachtige buitenkant van de Grossmünster kerk.
De Fraumünsterkerk is een van de meest iconische bezienswaardigheden van Zürich, bekend om zijn elegante architectuur en prachtige glas-in-loodramen. We zullen het van buitenaf bewonderen.
De Sint-Pieterskerk in Zürich staat bekend om de grootste wijzerplaat van Europa. Met een diameter van 8,7 meter domineert de klok de toren van de kerk en is een opvallend kenmerk van de skyline van Zürich.
Lindenhof is een oase van rust in het hart van Zürich, doordrenkt van geschiedenis die teruggaat tot 80 voor Christus en erkend als de geboorteplaats van het verhaal van de stad. Met zijn prachtige uitzichten dient dit pittoreske park ook als een perfecte plek voor het maken van memorabele foto's.
De Polybahn, in gebruik sinds 1889, verbindt het centrale plein bij het centraal station van Zürich (Centraal) met het bovenste deel van de stad, wat leidt naar het Zwitserse Federale Instituut voor Technologie (ETH Zürich).
De Rindermarkt is een historisch en schilderachtig plein in de oude binnenstad van Zürich (Altstadt), bekend om zijn charmante mix van middeleeuwse architectuur en het moderne stadsleven. Ooit een bruisende veemarkt — zoals de naam al doet vermoeden — is de Rindermarkt omgetoverd tot een levendige wijk vol gezellige cafés, boetiekjes en uitnodigende restaurants.
Na het verkennen van de stad en het maken van een korte wandeling op de lokale heuvel, keren we per boot terug naar Zürich. Tijdens de 45 minuten durende cruise op het meer van Zürich praten we over chocolade terwijl we langs de Lindt Chocolate Factory komen en bewonderen we een van de meest exclusieve gebieden van het meer, de thuisbasis van beroemdheden zoals Tina Turner.
Na de stadswandeling gaan we naar een van de lokale pareltjes van Zürich, ofwel Uetliberg of Felsenegg, waar we een korte trein- of kabelbaanrit maken om te genieten van adembenemende panoramische uitzichten. Deze populaire recreatieve plek voor de lokale bevolking biedt een prachtig uitzicht op Zürich, het meer en de besneeuwde Alpen. We maken ook een ontspannen wandeling langs de unieke "Planetweg", die een verkleind model van ons zonnestelsel toont. Omringd door de frisse lucht en schoonheid van het bos, sluiten we de ervaring af met een schilderachtige boottocht terug naar Zürich.

I was in Switzerland for work this week, arriving on a tight schedule with only half a day to spare in Zürich before I needed to take the train down to southern Switzerland. I chose this tour based on the glowing reviews and an impressive itinerary, and I'm really glad I did. Customs at the airport took longer than expected, and I was worried I'd miss my start time. I reached out to Constantin ahead of time, and he was incredibly understanding. Being 30 minutes late ended up being a non-issue. As it turned out, I was the only one on the tour that Sunday, which made it feel even more special. We hit all the iconic spots in Zürich, and I came away with a real sense of Swiss culture and some genuinely fascinating stories along the way. The mix of walking, cable cars, and a lake cruise made for a fantastic full-day experience. Worth noting: this was during a historic heat wave, but we paced ourselves well with plenty of breaks and took advantage of the city's public water fountains to stay hydrated. That was a surprisingly charming detail I wouldn't have known about on my own. The highlight, though, was spending the day with Constantin. He's warm, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does, and that energy is contagious. I left feeling genuinely grateful for the experience. If you're visiting Zürich and have even a half day to spare, I'd highly recommend this tour. You'll see far more than you would on your own, and you'll leave with stories you couldn't have found on a map.

We started at the Ruby Hotel with Constantine, a new Swiss citizen originally from Romania with excellent English and German speaking skills. Our walking tour of old town was very detailed with great explanations. Our boat trip on the lake was an enjoyment and we got off at the fourth stop and walked and bussed up to the cable car ride. We had a great lunch at the top with priceless views of the lake and Zurich. We then headed down on the cable car did some walking around the town before grabbing the train to Zurich to complete our day at 4pm with all our questions answered and great memories and pictures. Highly recommend this tour as a great way to get familiar with Zurich and the local culture.

We thoroughly enjoyed our days outing with Constantin! He was so personable, sharing his stories and knowledge of Zurich. We saw many highlights of the city. Many modes of transport were used, as the locals do!Lunch stop at the Felsenegge Stallikon restaurant was superb and in a charming environment. The cruise on Lake Zurich was very pretty even on an overcast day. We highly recommend Constantin and Bobo tours.
