Geniet van een meer meeslepende gletsjerervaring met een speciale 2,5 uur durende gletsjerwandeling op Sólheimajökull, inclusief tijd voor het optuigen en veiligheidsinstructies — zodat je zinvolle tijd hebt om het ijs te verkennen, niet alleen om erop te stappen. In een kleine groep zorgt je ervaren gletsjer Gids voor een veilige, persoonlijke en boeiende ervaring terwijl je door een dramatisch landschap van spleten, ijsruggen en steeds veranderende formaties loopt. Onderweg krijg je inzicht in hoe gletsjers ontstaan en waarom ze zich snel terugtrekken. Deze tour is zorgvuldig ontworpen om avontuur en sightseeing in balans te brengen en volgt een natuurlijke stroom — beginnend bij de Skógafoss-waterval, verder naar de gletsjerwandeling en eindigend bij Seljalandsfoss — zodat u de hoogtepunten van IJsland kunt ervaren zonder gehaast te zijn.

• Zorg ervoor dat je minimaal 30 minuten voor vertrek bij het door jou aangewezen opstappunt bent. Onze pick-up voertuigen zijn goed gemarkeerd met de Reykjavik Excursies. • Elke chauffeur heeft een paar haltes, dus het kan tot 30 minuten duren om iedereen op te halen, dus u hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken als de bus er niet meteen is.

Our trip to Iceland was absolutely unforgettable, and Richie Rich made the experience even better. We did both the waterfall and glacier hike tours, and they were hands down some of the most incredible experiences we’ve ever had. Rich was knowledgeable, outgoing, witty, and kept our entire family entertained from start to finish. As a family visiting from the US, we appreciated how welcoming and engaging he was with everyone in the group. He shared so much information about Iceland while also making the tour fun and relaxed. The scenery was unreal, the hikes were well organized, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re considering tours in Iceland, we highly recommend requesting Richie Rich as your guide. Truly the best trip ever!

we had an unbelievable time on our tour with Ritchie Rich and Bjössi. Iceland is gorgeous and wildly impressive on its own, but the education and history we got throughout the whole tour raised it to another level. it really felt like being on a tour with a local. the guide was charismatic and informative with great moments of interaction and humor. and that's all before we even got off the bus. the falls were absolutely breathtaking and the glacier hike was thrilling, educational, and just challenging enough that I still felt safe, even doing something so risky.

It was a fun filled event. I went to south coast waterfalls and glaciers. Lasma is a great tour guide and drives carefully. Shes knowledgable and associates well with tourists. She is indeed talented and resourceful to Iceland.

It was a wonderful experience with Reykjavik Excursions. Marianne C had been excellent as our guide for the day, She interacted continuously and explained various aspects of our tour.
