Zonsondergang Kajak Avontuur in Milos naar Kleurrijke Klima
Beschrijving
Stap uit bij Lagada Beach in Adamas en duik met je peddel in het ongelooflijk heldere water van Milos. Terwijl je naar het noorden kajakt, omhels je de rotsachtige kust van het eiland, ontdek je verborgen kleine baaien, ontdek je verborgen catacomben en volg je kliffen bezaaid met warm oranje en rood. Met de zee die onder je kajak door beweegt, komt het mooiste deel als je die laatste bocht omgaat: plotseling duikt Klima’s beroemde syrmata – die hele rij felgeschilderde boothuizen – direct aan de rand van het water in beeld. Klima op deze manier zien, vanaf zee net zoals de vissers altijd hebben gedaan, vooral als de ondergaande zon de kliffen en die kleurrijke deuren verlicht, laat je echt zien waarom deze plek zo speciaal voelt. Het is de perfecte manier om het te ervaren.

George from Riptide team really made our kayaking experience special! He was very flexible and willing to adapt the tour exactly to our skills and needs (we were the only ones on that evening). The kayaking was fun and Klima bay beautiful. The photos we shot in George‘s GoPro turned out great and very funny. We got them on the next day already! George even bought us some delicious local pie that we ate after snorkelling which we appreciated a lot. Even after the tour, George gave us great Milos recommendations (e.g. a local festival in one village of the island) that we would have never known about if we hadn‘t met him. My wife and I have travelled extensively around the world and we book a kayaking excursion on most of our trips. Our outing with George from Rip Tide Milos Kayak was one of the best. What a lovely way to explore Milos and experience the sunset at the gorgeous Klima village. Our friendly and helpful guide Charis taught us the ropes and we were on our way to Klima from near the port. Along the way he shared stories about the villages on the way and information about the geology and history of the island. We saw several villages along the way, amazing landscapes, rocks and fossils. We had plenty of time to paddle to the village before the sunset and explored on land for awhile. Afterwards we coasted back with the current and enjoyed the dusk and beautiful views. Highly recommend!
