Thank you for taking your time to review our "amazing" zip-line canopy tour. We are happy you enjoyed it and recognized the safeness. We hope you will take time to enjoy some of our other adventure tours. Best regards & Pura Vida.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly appreciate hearing about your experience. I’m very sorry to hear about the issues with the driver on your pickup. Being late and asking you to walk up a steep driveway is not the level of service we expect or aim to provide, and I completely understand how inconvenient that must have been. We are already following up directly with our transportation partner to address both the punctuality and driving concerns to ensure this does not happen again. I’m glad to hear that once you arrived, the zip line staff was friendly and that you were able to enjoy the activity itself. That said, we also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the zip line experience overall. Not every tour is the right fit for every traveler, and your comments help us reassess how we position this option and whether we should be recommending alternative canopy tours that may better match our clients’ expectations. Thank you again for sharing your experience so candidly. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us improve the quality of service we provide. If there’s anything further you’d like to discuss or if we can assist you with the remainder of your trip, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, Vanessa

Great review Donna, Thank you. That is one of our most popular Zip Line Canopy Tours and we are happy you enjoyed it, quite a rush when you hang upside down particularly when the monkeys are looking at you (they are probably waiting for your hat to fall off) Thank you again, hopefully you are able to enjoy some of our other adventure tours. Warm regards & Pura Vida.
