Be ready to enjoy your self and have fun. Our tour guide Flash and his camera guy were absolutely fantastic! They made us feel safe and made sure everyone had a good time. By the end of the trip I felt we all where family. If you get a chance to try this. Make sure Flash is you’re guy
Overall a great experience. Really organized and our tour guide, Ignacio, was great. Round trip transportation made it very seamless and stress free. The cenote swim was amazing but just know you do not get much time there. This and the tequila tasting was our favorite part You will want to bring money or have Apple Pay, as they will require you to purchase goggles for the ATV. I recommend getting the neck scarf too as it is pretty dusty. You will also not be allowed to bring your phones or cameras on the zip line or ATV, but they will let you bring handfree one (Go Pro on head strap) however there is a professional photographer taking pictures. The pictures are 100% worth the price, they come out great and they never miss any moments.
Lots of fun and well organized. More than I expected. Loved it all. Bring water and lots of bug spray.
We booked the ATV, zipline, and cenote tour, and it was easily one of the highlights of our vacation! Everything was well organized, and the transportation to and from our hotel was included, making the whole experience stress-free. The ATV ride was a blast, the ziplines were exciting, and cooling off in the cenote afterward was the perfect finish. The taco snack and tequila tasting at the end were a great bonus and a nice way to wrap up the adventure. If you’re planning to book, do it online early—you can save 20%, which made it an even better value. Highly recommend this tour for families, couples, or anyone looking for a fun half-day adventure in Cancun!
Upon arriving at the park, you are taken to some operators who offer to upgrade your experience to VIP (it costs $59 per person), arguing that it is a smaller group and that they will take you to an exclusive cenote where you will be allowed to stay for an hour after the other activities. Once you enter the park, you are taken to an area where they offer you three different packages that include a buff, a bag, goggles, water shoes, and mosquito repellent. These packages range from $25 to $54, and they offer them to you saying that you will need them because you will be hiking (which is a lie) and your sneakers will get ruined, or because there is a lot of dust and for safety reasons you cannot take your hand off the handlebars (hence the buff and goggles). The ATVs are very old and poorly maintained (nothing like what they show in the photos on their website where they promote these activities). The one I drove was misaligned, so I had to exert force on the handlebars to go straight as it kept veering to the right. The footrests are broken and are only held together with zip ties, the handlebar levers are useless, and the brake hardly works, which puts other people at risk. When they are giving you instructions, they tell you that you cannot overtake or exceed the speed limit and must go in a single file. The foreigners in the group did not heed these instructions and almost collided several times, and at no point did the guides reprimand them. The zip lines are in good condition. Once this is finished, they take you to the cenote where they give you a talk trying to convince you to buy their brand of tequila, arguing that it is 100% blue agave. This talk lasts approximately 30 minutes, but what they do not tell you is that this time is taken from the time you are given to swim in the cenote, leaving you with 30 minutes or less to be in the cenote because they pull you out to eat the tacos they provide, and while you eat, they offer you photo packages since at no point do they allow you to take photos with your cell phone. Once all this is finished, they take you back to the park, and from there, the vans take you to your hotel.

This experience was well put together and organized from start to finish. The guides were all friendly, helpful and energetic. (Shout out to David). Each activity was about 30 minutes long but it was sufficient time for each and it didnt feel rushed at all since our day was basically packed out (cenote, tequila tasting, zipline, atv riding, and fire show). The tacos were underwhelming though, I would suggest you eat before or walk with something to eat if you have the basic package. The experience was basically the same to the upgraded version. Overall lots of fun and would 100% recommend.
Omar was great. It was very organized. It was lots of fun love this Cinote and the zip line and ATV. Now the food is another story. It was really really bad! They give you lame tacos. With a tiny piece of fried food 1 piece of cabbage n barely any sauce. I asked for some more sauce and said they don’t have any in the whole place, which is totally not true. Then nickel and dime and you can try to get every penny. But the food totally sucked and was tiny and insignificant. If you’re looking for an all day adventure place is good but bring your own food. I also want to mention that they do not give you bandannas or glasses so make sure you bring your own because those are very expensive to purchase.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cenote, ziplines, ATV experience, and Omar’s service. We’re sorry the food did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the meal options and additional items available for purchase, as they help us identify opportunities for improvement. Thank you for visiting us and for taking the time to share your experience.
We are upset and disappointed in Extreme, because a few days ago, together with a large group of tourists, at that checkinne they jumped us and it was a Cuban who receives people there, excluding us so that we would not buy vips. Surely those who run that company do not know that they do that, because they do it very cunningly, because when they do it, tourists do not know why they jump us (we think it is to give us preferences or priority access), while other people pass them with some boys who sell some packages vips that are supposedly very good packages. We could not prove that they were good, because they jumped us, when we did have money and many other tourists, but that Cuban seems to be smart, because he knows that some tourists realized all that when they are about to leave that park and as they did their basic tour, it is unlikely that they will complain. If in the hypermarket we have to wait to wait, why can't we wait there if we want to buy something better? Abuse and discrimination. They should ask for sales reports, something basic in every company, to check all this, because I am sure that the owners do not know about these calculated bad practices because it seems that those teams do not get along or are envious and the affected are us. Bad experience, in parks in Europe they don't make you feel that way.
Very good attention, the zip line circuit is very diverse, which makes it more dynamic. My congratulations to our photographer Steel who raffled very good pictures of my friends and me.
Super fun adventures! We were 17 person crew 8 adults and 9 kids. Javier was a super guide! ATVs were ok, Ziplines really good, and Cenote experience outstanding! Top it off with some tacitos lunch and tequila tasting, made for a super fun time for everyone and something for everyone to enjoy! Totally recommend it!
