Omdat onze tours kunnen worden georganiseerd volgens individuele wensen, hebben we een vrije tijd van 4 uur om te beslissen over het ophalen van de tour. Aan het begin van uw tour bespreekt u met uw chauffeur - gids welke locaties u het liefst op het eiland bezoekt en wat uw interesses zijn om aan uw behoeften te voldoen en u een onvergetelijke tour in Santorini te bieden. De traditie van Santorini werd levend gehouden in Kontochori Fira, in een ongeveer een halve eeuw geleden gebouwde grot. Het huis, was onaangetast door de aardbeving van 1956, gerestaureerd in 1973 en vervolgens oude meubels en gebruiksvoorwerpen, familie erfstukken werden geplaatst.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
We halen gasten op van alle Santorini Hotels, Airbnb's, Villa's etc. Als het hotel vanwege beperkingen niet toegankelijk is voor onze voertuigen, wordt het ophalen gehouden vanaf de dichtstbijzijnde ophaallocatie op loopafstand. Voor reizigers die met cruiseschepen aankomen: het ontmoetingspunt is altijd het TOP-station van de kabelbaan. Geen voertuigen kunnen de oude haven bereiken Voor alle reizigers die de tour starten vanaf het vliegveld, de haven en het kabelbaanstation, zal een lid van ons team wachten met een bord met uw naam erop.nge pick-ups van over het hele eiland waar het bereikbaar is met voertuigen.

Thanasis was the perfect tour guide! We only had a limited amount of time in Santorini but he was able to show us every spot on our list. He gave us all water, offered some coffee, bought us some souvenirs, played some cool music and told us some history about each spot we visited. Super thankful for the experience and it wouldn’t have been the same without Thanasis!

On what to expect 'See Santorini in 4 hours - Tailor made tour' Ancient Thera, we paid for the entrance not free Akrotiri Achaeological Site, we had to pay, not free We ask to go to those sites, she said it was not interesting and we did not go. Dear Mr Paul, First of all thank you for taking the time to share your opinion about our services! Please note that you booked a 3 hours tailor made tour in which no entrance fees to any of the possible stops are included as stated in the description online. While booking a service it is important to take a close look to what you are actually paying for so next time you book a tour you will know what it is included. Since I was the one to escort you on the day, please let me clarify a couple of things. Upon Pick up i asked you if you had any specific preferences according to the suggested stops in the description and you mentioned the Ancient Thira, a distillery and a winery. I happily agreed with taking you to Ancient Thira but at the same time explained that both the distillery and the winery is very close to your accomodation and it is a pity to waste time from your tour there while we could see more things around the island for which you need transportation and i definitely did not tell you that it was not interesting. After all our team is suggesting these as points of interest. After Ancient Thira, I took you to Akrotiri Prehistoric site as you requested and then we had 2 more stops. As we love what we do and we honour every guest that books with us, instead of 3 hours, you received a 4 hours tour in order to cover as many as possible of the stops you wished to see and we did not even mention the extra hour. I hope you are satisfied you have received your money back and it is a pity you feel stupid for tiping. Lastly, I would also like to kindly ask you to have a look at the reviews of people that have booked this tour before and after you as we have been offering this service for 5 years now with no previous comment like yours. It was my first time in this tour and it was a beautiful experience😂😂...I get to see beautiful side of the island santorini..from the top view where you can see the whole view of different cities especially Fira..the environment Makes you feel happy and welcome..Get to walk in Fira nice interior and exterior for design. You can also get a souvenirs, good looking bar n restaurant...lol
