Ga op een onvergetelijke eendaagse reis van Samarkand naar Tadzjikistan, waar geschiedenis en natuur naadloos in elkaar overlopen. Begin je avontuur in Panjakent, een oude stad rijk aan Sogdiaans erfgoed, levendige bazaars en fascinerende archeologische ruïnes. Verken de historische straten en ontdek de overblijfselen van een ooit bloeiende beschaving. Ga vervolgens naar de adembenemende Seven Lakes, een reeks kristalheldere bergmeren, elk met een unieke kleur en charme. Genesteld in het Fanngebergte, bieden deze meren betoverende landschappen, frisse berglucht en serene schoonheid. Leg een prachtig uitzicht vast, geniet van een rustige sfeer en dompel jezelf onder in de gastvrijheid van de lokale bevolking.

Ontmoeting met onze gids op de afgesproken ontmoetingsplaats en transfer naar de Oezbeek-Tajik grens. Na aankomst bij de grensovergang Oezbeek-Tajik moet u te voet met onze gids de grens oversteken. Na het passeren van de grenscontrole, ontmoeting met onze chauffeur-partner uit Tadzjikistan en transfer naar Penjikent.
Bezoek aan de oude stad Sarazm, bekijk de bezienswaardigheden van Penjikent en lunch.
De tocht naar de Zeven Meren duurt de hele dag. U bezoekt meren: de eerste is Nezhigon (“wimper”), hoogte 1640 m., de tweede is Soja (“schaduw”), hoogte 1740 m., derde – Gushor, hoogte 1770 m., vierde – Nofin, hoogte 1820 m., vijfde – Khurdak (“baby”), hoogte 1870 m., zesde – Marguzor (“weide”), de grootste in de hele keten van meren, hoogte 2140 m., zevende – Khazorchashma (“bronnen van duizend”), hoogte 2332 m. De weg van het eerste meer naar de laatste strekt zich uit over 15 kilometer, er zijn stops bij elk van de stuwmeren en een volledige verkenning van de bezienswaardigheden duurt ongeveer 4-5 uur. Op deze plaatsen zijn ongewone verhalen, legendes en oorspronkelijke cultuur bewaard gebleven: in de buurt werden primitieve petrogliefen gevonden en in de middeleeuwen werden hier halfedelstenen gedolven. Je kunt Marguzor bereiken met de auto, maar je moet lopen naar Khazorchashm (optioneel)
In de avond keren we terug naar de grens, steken deze over en gaan terug naar Samarkand.

The tour at the 7 lakes of Tajikistan was great. The agency was very responsive during the planning of the trip, and the local guide/driver was very nice. He gave us interesting information about the country and was very attentive to all our needs. The lakes are superb. Of course, be prepared to a dirt road!

Unique experience that clearly exceeded my expectations. Breathtaking landscapes. Despite the many hours in the car on the mountain road it was really worth it. Our one-day trip from Samarkand to Panjakent was truly amazing! The stunning scenery of the "Seven Lakes," fresh air, and the vibrant colors of the lakes were breathtaking.
