Unforgettable experience!! Thank you very much to the whole katayak team. Due to weather issues we had to change the day and it was the best we could do because we had a great day. Patron Luis outstanding, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated at all times to make the experience the best. On the ground all the equipment also of 10. To repeat without any doubt!!

We booked the sailing trip via Tui at the hotel in Menorca. At 9am a very nice elderly lady picked us up. Arrived quite quickly at the end of the island, meant waiting first... I must confess that the first impression was really not the best. The .. I call it "booth" offers the classic surfer style comfort to receive. We then got to our surprise another family put in the queue. Then everything happened very quickly ... bang on a small motorboat over to an anchoring sailing ship. Then set sail, motor on and out of the bay. The skipper then showed what he can do, and that really is a lot! We felt very safe and relaxed very quickly. Throughout the trip the skipper was always professional, friendly and very calm. We then sailed along the north side of the island .. Incredibly beautiful .. these pictures can not be captured in the photo.... this must be seen !! First destination was a small calm bay with turquoise blue water .. Wonderful !... There was swimming and snorkeling at first (make sure to take snorkel with you!) The skipper then conjured a three course meal from the cabin.. ok.. it was ready before .. but very good ! Yummi Yummi !! and plenty !!!! On to the second bay and again beautiful along the island. Anchor out and into the water .. great ! The bays cannot be reached from land and are therefore truly unique in the experience. Back after a really great day with a lot of joy and sunburn. In conclusion, it can only emphasize: Absolutely every cent worth !! Very professional and competent.

I state that I have some experience of sailing and motor boat trips around the major Mediterranean islands. This was by far the worst. Boat dated and in mediocre state of maintenance. A total of 10 people on a 14-meter boat means you would always be on top of yourself and maneuver unsafely. The skipper, even nice, but not able to transfer any knowledge of navigation or places visited. The absolutely inedible food, comparable to the worst proposals of low-level supermarket preparations (cold pasta bowl with mayonnaise, couscous almost only onion and corn and for carnivores small pieces of cold fried chicken, soft drinks and beer, no wine or coffee). Moored well away from a couple of beaches without a back-up tender... 7 wasted hours that should have crowned the end of the holiday on beautiful Menorca.

There were 14 people on the boat, compared to the 7 they publish on their website when hiring. This meant that we could not navigate by sail, but by motor. That's not why you rent a sailboat.

After reading recent reviews I was feeling a little apprehensive about the trip but shouldn’t have been. There were 6 adults and 3 children on board our boat with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. (Another slightly smaller boat than ours left at the same time with 7 adults). The boat was lovely, and our skipper friendly and knowledgeable. We were well fed with a snack of tortilla, sausage and bread sticks followed by a lunch of rice salad and chicken. Our skipper took us to 3 beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and interesting snorkelling. There was very little wind on the day of our trip, but for a short period on the way back to port, the engine was turned off and we glided along by sail power. This was a wonderfully tranquil way to end the day and made even more perfect by dolphin sightings!

I had a highly disappointing experience with this boat tour. Despite being advertised as "limited to 7 people," our small boat was crammed with 10 adults and crew, making the trip uncomfortable and cramped as we struggled to find seating space. Furthermore, the absence of fresh water in the toilet facilities was completely unacceptable. We were informed that the boat trip would navigate the south of the island due to wind conditions. However, this decision meant we couldn't access any beaches, and the inlets were overcrowded with boats seeking shelter - a far cry from the advertised experience. Swimming was rendered impossible due to turbulent waters, and a tedious 2.5-hour journey back to the mooring, caused by unfavorable weather, led to a rushed disembarkation. In my opinion, the boat should not have ventured out, and the trip should have been rescheduled considering the conditions. Dishearteningly, our request for a partial refund due to the multitude of issues was declined by the operator, Viator, displaying a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Based on these factors, I cannot recommend their services. This experience was far from the relaxing and enjoyable outing I anticipated, resulting in the unfortunate waste of a day's holiday for us.

We were supposed to go on a sailing trip. On the way there was very little wind and we had to use the engine half the time. On the way back the wind had picked up but there was damage to the sail and as a result we returned with the mainsail and the engine. The skipper who was very knowledgeable and friendly looked for a replacement sail but there was no replacement material. On arrival the boss offered nothing in terms of compensation. We were extremely disappointed with this day and the boss's attitude.

Sailing is always a wonderful experience but I cannot recommend doing it with this organization. First of all, on the boat we were too many passengers and there was just no tax space to be able to sit comfortably without the captain walking on your head. We were supposed to be 7 instead we were 12. The food was really terrible. A rice salad without dressing and 3 pieces of cold fried chicken. Drinks include water, Coca-Cola, Fanta, lemonade and beer. But no wine. The boat doesn't have a tender. And the skipper is the only one who unfortunately got hurt while sailing because there was no room to move. It is not safe. It's not worth it. There are many other agencies organized in Menorca to turn to. Experience not to be repeated.

The vessel is super old. We were not comfortable at all. There are many other good options in Menorca for similar price and much better vessel.

We spent the day with them today. The day by catamaran with Alfredo and Xavi, the best guides of the Mediterranean. They have cared absolutely everything, drinks, food...ointment!! Very good. Two pros like a pine top. Fully recommended. Alberto the owner advised us super well, changed our day by the sea and we thank you, because we have had a great day. It is a 100% recommended experience. Enterprise is serious and very professional.
