Begin uw bezoek aan SEA LIFE Manchester door deel te nemen aan onze interactieve Turtle Beach-ervaring. Deze unieke 3D-projectie-ervaring navigeert je door het leven van een zeeschildpad terwijl je deze ongelooflijke wezens door hun levenscyclus van ei tot zee volgt! Neem een avontuur, diep in 's werelds onderwatergrotsystemen en vind enkele van de vreemdste en engste wezens. Kom oog in oog te staan met onze stekelige koraalduivels of zie de giftige en dodelijke stekelvarkensvis, beter bekend als de kogelvis. Laat u betoveren door prachtige maankwallen in onze interactieve kleur veranderende tank. Kies eenvoudig een kleur en bekijk deze unieke wezens vanuit een nieuw perspectief terwijl ze gracieus en mysterieus rond de tank zweven. Wist je dat Kwallen geen hersenen, magen, bloed, hart of ogen hebben? Je eerste kennismaking met het fascinerende verhaal van haaien, maar voordat je ze ontmoet, word je vervoerd naar een wereld van diepzeeschepselen die verborgen zouden zijn in een scheepswrak. Probeer onze jonge gewone octopus, Octopus Prime, te vinden die zich graag verstopt in de hoeken en gaten van haar aquarium. Stap onder de uitkijktank en zie onze zwartpuntrifhaaien boven je zwemmen! Maak een wandeling onder de zee terwijl je door onze verbazingwekkende glazen tunnel loopt. Scholen glinsterende vissen fladderen langs je heen terwijl onze enorme groene zeeschildpad Ernie langzaam over je hoofd glijdt. Kijk uit voor onze napoleonrasras Bonaparte die voorbij glijdt met zijn levendige blauwe ogen en sierlijke vinnen. Kijk hoe haaien en stralen moeiteloos door onze tropische zeetank glijden, omringd door honderden kleurrijke oceaanvissen. Ernie de groene zeeschildpad komt hier graag gedag zeggen en je kunt hier zelfs onze eigen duikers en onze SeaTREK-gasten zien terwijl ze de onderwaterwereld verkennen. Stap binnen in Stingray Bay en laat je betoveren door onze vrolijke en smileystralen. Laat hun vrolijke aard je zorgen wegnemen in deze ontspannende en magische ruimte. Je kunt de stralen rond de tank volgen en waarderen hoe snel ze bewegen en onze blauwe gevlekte rog en Cal, onze vriendelijke geredde luipaardhaai zien. Heb je ooit een zeester willen aaien, een zeeanemoon willen kietelen of de schaal van een krab willen voelen? Dit is uw kans, want bij onze rockende Rockpools kunt u dit allemaal waarderen! We came for the turtle feeding experience on 27/06/26 for my birthday and it was an amazing experience, one I will never forget. Ernie was such a cutie, and I would of stayed there all day feeding him if i could. It was such a great experience so worth the money and I will be back for another future lunch date with Ernie 🐢 Our guide was very knowledgeable and took photos videos for us while we enjoyed the experience.
I did the 'Stingray Feed" and was accompanied by staff member 'Jodie" who was extremely kind and helpful during my vist. She made the the experience 100x better by being patient with me when asking I asked questions, answering in as much detail as possible and making sure i was getting the most out of my experience. I could really see how enthusiastic she was to be there and help, she was amazing. Another helpful staff member was Maya who also helped me out during VR section and starfish section. She explained everything to me clearly and made me feel welcome.
My husband surprised me with the turtle feeding experience and it was so lovely. Our guide Jordan was so knowledgeable about the animals and told us all about Ernie 🐢 a magical experience couldn't recommend it more!
I am so disappointed. That aquaroum is too small. 10 minutes walk and finish. That Aquarium was a worst one where I been in my life Definitly I dont recommend it. I waste my money.
The experience and offer is good enough, but overpriced for what you get. Could have been cheaper, felt a little commercial.
Went as part of my daughters 1st birthday, we had a great time and she loved it! Went around fairly slowly which took 2hrs and combined it with a walk around the trafford centre. We parked at the palazzo which was quiter than the main tc parking. There isn't a cafe but over half way around there's a soft play with seats around the edge and toilets with a baby change. Had a toddler and parent ticket mid week which was good value considering Blue Planet Aquarium is double the price. All in all had a great day out for a special occasion, just wouldnt go regularly with an annual membership as it's not that local.
We walked slowly with my 14 month old grandson stopping at the pre aquarium presentation and all the tanks. Some nice fish to look at but the tunnel is really short and walking slowly we were through everywhere in 30/35 minutes. Lots of toddlers which my grandson appreciated. It’s a small place and in my opinion is only worth £10 maximum . Would not go again.
Let me start off by saying that I really really wanted to give this a good review. I know how much they contribute to conservation and that is commendable, but unfortunately, I really wasn’t impressed with my visit. The price of a ticket was £26. So £52 for two of us which I thought was a bit steep. I felt this even more so when it took less than half an hour to get around the place. It’s really quite a small place. Unfortunately, there was also a school trip there which further spoilt the visit. We went mid week thinking it would be quiet, but there were school children running around the place and no one telling them otherwise. Perhaps they should consider making school trips a private occasion and closing to the public in this time as it really doesn’t have the capacity for all the people. There are really not that many creatures to see compared to other sea life places which I’ve visited. Some members of staff looked really fed up as though they didn’t want to be there. Especially the person who did the turtle piece at the beginning. All in all, I’m really sad to say that I was disappointed with the experience and wouldn’t return.
This was not what I expected coming from Scotland St Andrews is bigger and has more fish bigger sharks etc it would take more than an hour to walk round I got round this one in 30 mins it was below expectations 100 percent

Absolutely awesome experience! Jordan was so knowledgeable and helpful, telling us all about Ernie and the other occupants of the ocean tank The chance to get so close to such a beautiful creature and watch him swim and feed was just unbelievable 10 out of 10! We then were able to spend time walking round the rest of the centre to see all the other residents at our leisure.
