Kruidentour in Zanzibar is een rondleiding van 3 uur, toeristen krijgen de kans om veel dingen te ontdekken, waaronder tropisch fruit, specerijen en kruiden, en enkele van de zeldzame soorten andere planten uit verschillende vegetatie. Het is gewoon meer dan een tour, toeristen kunnen unieke ervaringen opdoen om te bewijzen waarom Zanzibar het Spice Island wordt genoemd. Bezoekers mogen de specerijen verwachten, waaronder de kruidnagel, kaneel, nootmuskaat, vanille, kardamone, curry, peper, tamarinde, gember, menthol en vele andere specerijen en kruiden die door de sultans van Oman over de Indische Oceaan zijn gebracht. Onze gidsen zullen u de gedetailleerde beschrijvingen geven van waar de verschillende planten voor worden gebruikt, hoewel ze niet allemaal als voedsel dienen, andere gebruikt worden voor medicijnen. De bladeren van de 'neem'-boom werden traditioneel gebruikt als een remedie tegen malaria en indigestie, het jodium boom produceert een dieprode sap dat wordt gebruikt om infecties en wonden te bestrijden

Het ophalen van het hotel begint ongeveer 7 - 75 minuten voor deze tijd en de locatie van het hotel, de exacte ophaaltijd zal worden geadviseerd bij herbevestiging. Tijden kunnen worden gewijzigd als gevolg van lokale verkeersomstandigheden.

I saw and learned about many spices. I enjoyed well. Smelling is so good . I bought chicken masala and black pepper. I’ll try to make chicken pilau using that.
Two amazing half day trips with Moody Tours! Prison island with Napukenda sandbank and Stone Town with spice farm. A very friendly and great team. And always on time. The food was excellent. Mody is very friendly and reliable. I would definitely book other tours with him if I had more time in Zanzibar.
Our travel agent in Narobi hired Moody for our Zanzibar visit. Moody seems to have a large operation here but we still felt such personal and warm service. Moody was in touch with us before we got there and made us at the ferry terminal when we arrived. He personally took us to the hotel, found us a nice local, authentic restaurant, and then gave us a walking tour Stonestown. Our schedule was kind of all over the place but he adjusted everything to make it fit. He got us to prisoners island on the last-minute notice so we won’t be so busy the next days. On the final day, he arrange the driver to take us on the space tour, but still drop by right at the farm to check how we were doing and arrange our airport transfer. Moody seem to always be hovering around to make sure things went well, even when we were using his other employees. At a personal level just hanging out with him, He seems kind of weird and aloof but that’s OK because he did everything to make our trip a success!

We asked Mody to be our guide for a second time While in Zanzibar. We love our experience snorkeling the Mnemba Atoll so much, we asked him to show us the tortoises on Prison Island as well as a Spice Farm tour. Everything we did with Mody was incredible! Mody is the best! He really goes out of his way to make everything go as smoothly as possible, and he really does his best to make sure that people on the tour have the best experience possible. He does a lot of other tours as well and can custom fit to your needs and wants, even as a solo traveler!
