Een tour ontworpen voor alle fijnproevers die graag de lokale keuken ontdekken. Tijdens een 3 uur durende tour geniet je van een verscheidenheid aan gerechten uit de Kroatische kuststreek - Dalmatië, variërend van traditionele tot moderne klassiekers, en kom je meer te weten over lokale gebruiken. Het is een leuke en informatieve proeverij naar de grootste groene markt, maar ook naar lokale restaurants en levensmiddelenwinkels in het centrum van Zadar. Een advies - kom hongerig!

Het ontmoetingspunt voor open boekingsrondleidingen
Een van de eetgelegenheden is aan de belangrijkste en belangrijkste Zadarstraat, direct naast het Forum Romanum. Geniet van een hartige taart, een specialiteit uit het achterland van Zadar genaamd Soparnik.
Loop door de markt van de stad, probeer verschillende vissen te herkennen, proef wat lokaal fruit, maar ook de beroemdste kaas van ons maanlandschap.
Olijf is de meest talrijke en belangrijkste vrucht van Dalmatië, en door de geschiedenis heen was het een basis om te overleven op de eilanden en in de kustgebieden. Op deze locatie proef je verschillende soorten olijfolie.
Geniet van onze lokale prosciutto, een favoriete vleesdelict die we bij elke gelegenheid eten.
Probeer wat wijn die te vinden is op wijnkaarten van enkele van 's werelds beste restaurants.
Loop door het studentengedeelte van de stad en proef lokale visdelicatessen.
Als kers op de taart bezoek je een banketbakkerij met een heerlijke zoete cake om je vingers bij af te likken.

Had a lovely tour with guide Tonka, she was sweet and very knowledgeable in history about zadar and croatian (and the other baltics) Food stops were great, and you also got to see the marked which were fun to experience We always do these kind of tours places we visit, and they are always a highlight 10/10

Andrija and Nikolina (his trainee) did an excellent job providing a personal tour for me. I was the only one who signed up for the tour and was more than happy to keep it after meeting both tour guides. The sample of local cheeses, food and wine at most locations was exceptional! The brief overview of Zadar’s customs provided by Andrija was informative without being overwhelming. What a great couple of hours spent learning about Zadar’s culture and tasting some of the traditional cuisine in the area. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Andrija or Nikolina.

A food tour is a great way to immerse yourself in the culture. Our guide Andreos was exceptional. He was born and raised in Zadar and took us to local favorite spots plus told us about the great history.
