Eerst bezoek je het Cup Noodle Museum om meer te leren over het geboorteverhaal, de geschiedenis en het productieproces van cup noedels en maak je je originele cup noedels. Daarna ga je verder naar Shin-Yokohama, waar je meer kunt leren over de geschiedenis van ramen en lokale smaken uit heel Japan terwijl je de retrowereld van de Japan Showa-periode ervaart. Beide faciliteiten hebben een hoek waar je ramen kunt eten, dus waarom vergelijk je niet en word je iemand die het verschil kan zien tussen ramen? Instant ramen, nu geliefd over de hele wereld, werd geboren in Japan. Het Cupnoodles Museum Yokohama herdenkt de prestaties van Momofuku Ando (1910-2007), oprichter van Nissin Foods, die instant ramen uitvond en een revolutie teweegbracht in de mondiale eetcultuur. Zowel volwassenen als kinderen kunnen in dit museum genieten van het leren over de geschiedenis en het productieproces van instant ramen.
Na het Cupnoodles Museum gaan bezoekers per trein en lopend naar het Ramen Museum in Shin-Yokohama. Het Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum, of kortweg "Ra-Haku", werd in 1994 geopend als 's werelds eerste ramen-food-pretpark. Bezoekers kunnen meer te weten komen over de geschiedenis en cultuur van ramen, die zich uniek ontwikkelden in Japan. Omg! Nori is one of a kind. She went over and beyond taking care of us she spent extra time talking with my husband myself and our two grandsons getting to know each of us and making sure we understood the origins of cup of noodles and ramen. Our grandsons are still raving about her and how she took special care of us. To make that kind of impression on a 14 and 29 year old boys is special. We all learned so much. She even took pictures with my phone so I have the memories.The session ended late and she walked us to the train station to make sure we got on the right train back to our hotel. Nori is a very special lady. I’ve told our travel agent about her. Thank you Nori for everything we will definitely spread good reviews about the Ramen and cup of noodles museums.

Very informative, very interesting to learn about the history of instant ramen , its founder Mr.Noodle and how he changed the world of inconvenience food. It was also interesting to learn about Ramen and experience the flavor of authentic Japanese ramen. Our Guide Ishida was very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Overpriced tour, short, boring. Would not do again. Most of the tour was spent walking to the other location Making your own ramen cup might be cool if you are less than 10 years old

The Cup Noodle Museum was the most fun. Our guide helped us see the best parts of the museum and helped with the language barrier. The Ramen Museum wasn’t very interesting except for eating the actual ramen which was very good. Overall a good experience and our guide was very nice!
