Beschrijving
Ontsnap aan het gebruikelijke toeristische pad en verken het platteland per fiets. Rijd door rustige dorpjes, prachtige rijstvelden en lokale viskwekerijen terwijl je het dagelijks leven en de cultuur van de lokale gemeenschap ervaart. Ontmoet vriendelijke dorpelingen, geniet van de frisse lucht en probeer onderweg zelfs wilde vissen te vangen. Een leuk en ontspannend fietsavontuur dat een andere kant van Yogyakarta biedt en herinneringen om mee naar huis te nemen.

Vanaf hier, het basiskamp van Izzati Jogjatour, begint de tour. We krijgen een comfortfiets, veiligheidshelm en google. Doe ook briefing en warming-up voor de tour.
Fietsen rond het dorp naar dorp in Sleman, regentschap Yogyakarta, waar we kunnen genieten van het groen van rijstvelden, groenteplantages, lokale cultuur en nog veel meer.
Kijk goed naar de zoetwaterviskweker die aan het werk is en probeer wat wilde vis te vangen met je blote hand. Geniet van het schone en frisse bronwater, doe de vistherapie en geniet ook van het heerlijke lokale eten en drinken als onze lunch.

This was an absolutely unforgettable experience seeing parts of Yogyakarta that we wouldn’t have seen without our kind and knowledgeable guide, Wardo. We biked through neighborhoods, fish farms, rice fields, and more.

My friend and I had such a fun time on this tour! Pak Wardo was our guide and Pak Sarjanto joined for part of it. We got to bike around some beautiful local areas, lots of photo opportunities, and got to see some wildlife! Towards the end, we went to a fish farm and did fish therapy. They also provided lunch and snacks. I would recommend this to anyone who can bike. It’s not too tiring.

Great experience with two wonderful hosts. We went on a cycling tour in the country with a few stops for drinks and snacks, where Wardo explained about rice farming. After that we stopped at the fish farm where we could try catching fish. After that we had a delicious lunch. Great relaxed family fun with very friendly hosts, would very much recommend!

Our guide Wardo picked us up from where we stayed. The cycling tour was relaxing with many stops and Wardo safely guiding us through the villages. Some paths were a bit challenging, but doable. The snacks he brought along for us were delicious and after the cycling tour we enjoyed a healthy lunch. Thank you Wardo!

Nice Trip around the backgardens in Yogyakarta. Our Guide wardo showed US nice places outside of touristic spots and even got us a snack.

With Guide Wardo we went out for two days. The first day it was a lovely bike ride through the villages and countryside. Here you could stop where desired. Ended with a delicious lunch, after which we drove to Borobodur. Wardo took his time. The second day we went to Pindul Cave. Really fantastic! Then also along a beautiful waterfall. Two nice days where you really see Java differently than in the city.

Just finished an amazing bike ride tour. Started with an early morning pickup to transport to start point. Bikes were in good condition and comfortable. Serg was great, explaining many of the sights and activities along the way. Happy to stop for photos at any time. Variety of riding conditions but nothing too hard. Finished up at a local fish farm and tried some local snacks before finishing up with a local lunch back at the start point. Dropped back to hotel before 12 noon - which was great as it was a hot day. Highly recommend and will use again next time I’m in Jogja!
