- Reisroutes kunnen veranderen als gevolg van onvoorziene problemen, zoals aankomst- en vertrektijden van vluchten en weg- en weersomstandigheden.
- Bevestiging wordt binnen 48 uur na boeking ontvangen, onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid.
- Ophaalservice Salt Lake City Airport (SLC) - Gasten worden verzocht voor 09:00 uur op de luchthaven aan te komen. Latere aankomsten kunnen wijzigingen in het reisschema en extra kosten vereisen.
- Er zijn minimaal twee personen nodig om een rondleiding te plannen. Als je alleen reist, neem dan contact met ons op en we helpen je om lid te worden van een andere groep.
- Vroeg boeken wordt ten zeerste aanbevolen, aangezien de beschikbaarheid beperkt is.
- Kinderen van vijf jaar of jonger kunnen mogelijk niet deelnemen aan alle activiteiten die op de reisbeschrijving staan vermeld. Als u kinderen heeft die vijf jaar of jonger zijn, laat het ons dan weten, zodat we aanpassingen kunnen doen.
- Als de annulering 30 dagen voor de startdatum van de tour plaatsvindt, worden de kosten van de tour omgezet in een tegoed dat binnen zes maanden na de oorspronkelijke tourdatum moet worden gebruikt. Als alternatief kunnen we 50% van de totale reiskosten terugstorten op de kaart. Dit tegoed kan worden gebruikt voor de kosten van een tour aangeboden door Nomad Unlimited Adventures. Als er binnen 30 dagen na de startdatum van de tour wordt geannuleerd, wordt 50% van de totale kosten van de tour omgezet in een tegoed dat binnen zes maanden na de oorspronkelijke tourdatum moet worden gebruikt. Dit tegoed kan worden gebruikt voor de kosten van een tour aangeboden door Nomad Unlimited Adventures. Voor eventuele aanvullende vragen kunt u rechtstreeks contact met ons opnemen.

- Wilde dieren zijn vaak ongrijpbaar en waarnemingen kunnen niet worden gegarandeerd.
- Let op: gratis seizoensgebonden activiteiten datums en tijden kunnen veranderen op basis van tijd, weer en trail omstandigheden. Gratis seizoensgebonden activiteiten worden niet terugbetaald als ze niet kunnen worden geregeld.

- Vanaf 1 januari 2026 moeten niet-Amerikaanse burgers ofwel de "America First" parkpas ($ 250) kopen of $ 100 per persoon, per park betalen om toegang te krijgen tot de nationale parken Acadia, Bryce Canyon, Everglades, Glacier, Grand Canyon, Grand Teton, Rocky Mountain, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, Yellowstone, Yosemite en Zion.
- Houd er rekening mee dat er nieuwe nationale parktoeslagen van toepassing kunnen zijn voor internationale bezoekers. Indien van toepassing, wordt deze vergoeding geïnd in de bestemming, niet wanneer u boekt.
- De weersomstandigheden kunnen variëren, afhankelijk van het seizoen en de locatie. We raden u aan de lokale voorspelling en verpakkingslagen dienovereenkomstig te controleren.

The place is so beautiful incredible, - schedule was really poor first and 2nd day we have busy day, other days one activity and a lot free time in the hotel doing nothing for example day 3 we went to Yellowstone at 11 and back to hotel at 2 and wait until 6 to go to rodeo, day 4th horse ride and end day we went to Jackson, 5th day boat ride at 12 pm and day free.. we paid almost 9,000.00 for 6 days and no much happened.. disappointed . - tour guide unprofessional - he always asked to put HIS food in my bill or disappear when his bill come.. we pay his meals (3 meals a day) for 4 days total 320 dollars he said he will pay back .. last day we wait to he give us the money back to give him a tips, and he in front the hotel no Paid pretend he doesn't know what i talk about and asked for tips ...ABUSE I WAS ABUSED - no food provide ( NO dinner or breakfast was served at camping day ) tour guide said he can do potatoes and carrots when supposed to be barbecue, smores ?? he gave us a marshmallow with tinny stick.. we bought and off course he was together and not paid for his bill . - when we buy our snack or breakfast for the first 3 days (not include i knew it) tour guide took the receipts to ask company reimbursement (he will ask for reimbursement with my money really???, fraud) when you do tours Make sure your tour guide has experience not a young adult trying to give you a money scam. i did fabulous road trips before with really good professionals i know how work, and this wasn't professional at all..

Our guides are more than willing to make adjustments to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. In fact, one of our tour guides mentioned that they were invited by guests to eat with them during the trip, fostering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Poor Schedule Planning: We acknowledge the importance of a well-planned itinerary that balances activities and free time. The limited activities during the tour you booked resulted in significant free time at the hotel, which may have led to disappointment considering the cost of the tour. We will carefully reevaluate and redesign our schedules to provide better value to our customers. Excellent experience! We got to do everything we wanted in a smooth manner. Our tour guide Chaoxi was AMAZING!!! He was very knowledgeable of all four states we visited and of all the parks. We all appreciated everything more and felt a connection to the parks no doubt because of the details he provided and the love he has of nature and Yellowstone. We all felt safe and well taken care of during our journey. He was also very helpful in advising best places to eat and shop. He definitely went above and beyond for all of us. I would recommend this for all age groups. We had age 8, 11, teenagers and adults and we all enjoyed it very much. Thank you!!!
