We beginnen met vrije tijd in Warburton, een charmant dorpje aan de rivier genesteld in de bergen, voordat we een van de echte hoogtepunten van de regio binnenstappen: de torenhoge Californische Redwoods. Wandel onder deze majestueuze reuzen door en ontsnap in de natuur. Vanaf hier, maak je de dag op jouw manier. Voor degenen die willen genieten van de Food & Wine cultuur van de Yarra Valley omvatten we een ontspannen 2-gangen lunch en wijnproeverij bij een Premium lokale wijnmakerij met een prachtig uitzicht op de wijngaard. Voor degenen die een meer natuurgedreven ervaring willen, bieden we je toegang tot het Healesville Sanctuary wildpark, waar je kunt dwalen met Australische inheemse dieren. We eindigen met een heerlijk bezoek aan de Yarra Valley Chocolaterie - waar u uw zoetekauw kunt verwennen.

Trakteer uzelf op een heerlijke proeverij en lunchervaring in Soumah Yarra Valley, gelegen op een prachtig landgoed in mediterrane stijl. Geniet van een weids uitzicht op de wijngaard terwijl u geniet van verfijnde koelklimaatwijnen, aangevuld met een royale grazende schotel en een ontspannen wijnmakerijlunch. Breng ongeveer twee uur door in Healesville Sanctuary, met de vrijheid om door dit prachtige inheemse wildpark te dwalen, op uw gemak te lunchen en uzelf onder te dompelen in de omgeving. Aangekomen op het perfecte moment, heb je de mogelijkheid om boeiende keepersgesprekken en ontmoetingen bij te wonen met emoes, mierenegels en het immer populaire vogelbekdier. Sluit uw dag af met een bezoek van 30 minuten aan de Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, waar u ambachtelijke chocolade kunt proeven, de prachtig gepresenteerde showroom kunt verkennen en uzelf kunt trakteren op iets speciaals.
Keer terug naar de stadslichten van Melbourne na een verrijkend dagje uit in de natuur en heerlijke wijn. We drop-off terug naar het Melbourne Arts Center of het stadscentrum hotels op aanvraag.

We had a fantastic time during the tour! Our kind guide, Jenny, is a good conversationalist as she shared a lot of great things about the tour and the areas that we visited. She is excellent guide making sure we are all doing alright and feeling ok. It was raining hard when we arrived at Warbuton but she gave us time to see around the township while waiting for the rain to let up. Yarra is a beautiful scenic place that I strongly recommend for travelers. Wine tasting is a must try! Personally, Australia has the best wines. Luckily, the rain has stopped and we tremendously enjoy the rest of the tour with Jenny. We definitely recommend this tour. Thank you, Jenny! 😀

We loved the Redwood Forest and had plenty of time to explore, so quiet and awe inspiring. At Soumah vineyard we tasted six different wines and chose the favourite to go with lunch. Lunch was very good and we’d recommend the Barramundi or the Ragu. A stop at the chocolate factory and ice creamery was the cherry on the cake. What more could you want except a pleasant and upbeat guide called Theresa?

This tour is a great day out from Brisbane. The Redwood Forest is stunning, so beautiful. We had lunch at the Soumah Vineyard and tasted six of their wines. Lunch was excellent and we’d recommend the Barramundi or Ragu. Then on to a chocolate factory and chocolaterie… oh my goodness! We came away with a few treats to enjoy at home. Thank you Theresa!

Comfortable minibus. The guide (Jenny) was knowledgeable and attentive. There were only six people in the group. Short but nice walking in Upper Yarra River Reserve. Beautiful and historical Redwood Forest. Relaxation! Excellent wine tasting with six different kinds of wine. Great shared starter and delicious main course. However, little bit late to serve the main course. To visit Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery was a plus. Adequate times to explore every scenic spot. Enjoyable experiences.

We had a wonderful wine tasting with excellent wines and friendly, knowledgeable guides.
