Nadat de zon ondergaat, kunt u het unieke nachtelijke avontuur beleven in het All-Inclusive park - Xplor Fuego -. Wanneer de sterren tevoorschijn komen, komt de jungle tot leven met de nachtelijke avonturen die de natuurlijke schoonheid van Riviera Maya benadrukken. Je krijgt je adrenalineschot terwijl je raft, in een rood verlichte ondergrondse rivier zwemt, een ATV bestuurt, in de hoogste en langste zip-lines in Riviera Maya valt en je kunt ook door ondergrondse grotten zwemmen. Het is een allesomvattend outdooravontuur dat de perfecte manier is om te genieten in Cancun, Playa del Carmen of The Riviera Maya. In deze attractie is het transport inbegrepen. Ophaallocaties en -tijden
- Kies tijdens het boeken de ophaallocatie en selecteer vervolgens de keuzerondjes met de tekst 'Pak me op bij' en kies 'Ik zie mijn ophaallocatie niet' in de vervolgkeuzelijst en typ vervolgens de naam van het hotel in het vak eronder, zodat we uw hotelophaalpunt gemakkelijk kunnen vinden. - Om de exacte tijd en het ontmoetingspunt te weten, moet u ten minste 24 uur voor de gekochte bezoekdatum een bericht sturen via de optie op uw reservering. - Ophalen gebeurt bij verschillende hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen en de Riviera Maya, dus de ophaaltijd varieert afhankelijk van de locatie van uw hotel. - Als uw accommodatie geen hotel is, moet u uw volledige adres opgeven, inclusief straatnaam, huisnummer, staat, postcode en stad. Fantastic evening going on all the attractions, we had a blast! The water slide is definitely worth the queues but go early as it closes before the other attractions. Safety is paramount and they weigh everywhere ne before riding, we had to wait for about 10 minutes for another couple who would mean our weight limit was correct - it's a 4 person raft. It was worth the wait 🤩 The zip lines are superb and you can ride with your partner / friend or solo, whichever you prefer. The braking system is short and abrupt so ready yourself to stop quickly. The cave river swim and rafts were great and we had lots of laugh with the group in front of us who couldn't steer their raft and kept getting stuck. Staff were on hand to help of you needed it. The buffet is amazing, so much food and excellent quality. Plenty of drink choices too. I had read some reviews that said they had poor communication from the organiser. Due to that I emailed and asked about pick up times, exact locations etc and all emails were answered very quickly with no ambiguity on the details. Pick up and drop off were smooth with no issues. My advice would be to book and then email the agent straight away to ask re your pick up time etc then you have the details immediately. If you need any other information just ask, the customer service team are super helpful. A fantastic experience, really worth a visit 💯🙌🤩
I went to Xplor fuego with my partner on their birthday, and although there is no discount or promotion for the birthday person, we noticed that they give a different helmet and a bracelet so that the staff recognizes who the birthday person is, and I must say it is very nice that everyone wishes them a happy birthday at each activity. We loved going at night since we did not have to wait in long lines and were able to enjoy all the activities, even repeating our favorites. As always, the buffet is very varied and super delicious; in addition, the snack stations are perfect for grabbing bread, coffee, or flavored water to refresh yourself between each activity. We want to give a special mention to Felipe from the amphibian activity, as he not only provided us with a great explanation with a wonderful attitude, but he was also someone who made us laugh, pampered us, and ensured we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff!

I went with my partner on their birthday, and although there are no discounts for the birthday person, they gave him a helmet with which the entire staff recognized him as the birthday person. It was very nice to see everyone wish him a happy birthday. In addition to that, we had no specific theme for the activities; we were able to do everything without much waiting and even repeat our favorite activities. It was quite fun and less exhausting than during the day. The dining area, as always, was a delight; there is always a lot of variety to try, and the special touch was the snack stations where you could grab bread, cookies, coffee, or flavored water between activities. The person who made us feel even more special was Felipe from the amphibians; he explained everything in great detail and made us laugh for a while, thank you. Without a doubt, we will return to Xplor fuego, thanks to all the staff.
