Pak je zwembroek in en maak je klaar om al je zintuigen geprikkeld te laten worden tijdens deze halve dag op Xenses Park. Neem deel aan 15 verschillende activiteiten die elk van uw zintuigen op verschillende manieren uitdagen. Betreed de weg van dwergen en reuzen om je logica te gebruiken; bezoek de Xítrico Garden om je reuk- en smaakzintuigen te prikkelen. Breng vijf uur door met plezier over land, water, lucht en ondergronds. Je tour is inclusief vervoer heen en terug vanuit Cancún, Riviera Maya en Playa del Carmen, toegangsprijzen voor het park en het gebruik van voorzieningen zoals kleedkamers.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
- We willen het u graag comfortabel maken, zodat we u ophalen bij uw hotel of op het dichtstbijzijnde punt dat beschikbaar is in onze routes. - Indien uw accommodatie geen hotel is dient u uw exacte adres op te geven inclusief straatnaam, buitennummer, binnennummer, provincie, postcode en stad. - Om de exacte tijd en ontmoetingsplaats te weten moet u een bericht sturen via de optie op uw reservering of moet u ons ten minste 24 uur voor de gekochte bezoekdatum bellen. De tijd die op uw ticket staat vermeld, is niet de tijd waarop u wordt opgehaald. - Laat het ons weten als u geen vervoer nodig heeft. - We kunnen niet garanderen dat u wordt opgehaald bij een hotel waar u geen gast bent, aangezien het beleid van sommige hotels bezoekers geen toegang tot de accommodatie toestaat. - De gidsen zijn gekleed in rode T-shirts met ons logo op de achterkant voor eenvoudige identificatie. De gidsen zullen de tournaam hardop uitspreken. - Als u op het moment dat u het ticket koopt nog niet in het bezit bent van het hotel, dient u uiterlijk 24 uur voor het bezoek aan het park contact op te nemen met de medewerkers van de Klantenservice Viator om u te helpen de ophaling met ons af te stemmen. - Je moet 15 minuten te vroeg zijn op de toegewezen locatie. De tijd die op uw ticket staat vermeld, is niet de tijd waarop u wordt opgehaald. - Vervoersservice is niet privé, dus u deelt de bus met enkele andere bezoekers van Grupo Xcaret. - Geniet vanaf 1 oktober van meer tijd op het park met retourmogelijkheden om 14.00 uur of 15.00 uur.

- Kinderprijzen zijn afhankelijk van de hoogte. Kinderen langer dan 1,4 meter betalen de prijs voor volwassenen. Kinderen tussen 1 meter en 1,4 meter betalen de kinderprijs. Alle kinderen onder de 1 meter (3,2 voet) reizen gratis, op voorwaarde dat ze geen stoel bezetten.
- Het wordt aanbevolen om comfortabele lichtgewicht kleding, wandelschoenen of sneakers, biologisch afbreekbare zonnebrandcrème, een badpak en handdoek, en extra kleding mee te nemen.
- Baby's van 0 tot 4 jaar zijn gratis. Kinderen moeten worden begeleid door een volwassene de hele tijd.
- Het Voucher schema is informatief. Tours en dagen van gebruik zijn onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid en wijzigingen.
- De pick-up werkt vanuit verschillende hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen en de Riviera Maya, dus de ophaaltijd varieert afhankelijk van de locatie van uw hotel. We halen u op bij uw hotel of op het dichtstbijzijnde punt dat beschikbaar is in onze routes.
- Bevestig de exacte tijd en het ontmoetingspunt met behulp van de berichtoptie in uw reservering of neem contact op met Grupo Xcaret.
- Alle verzoeken voor wijzigingen, annuleringen en/of restituties op boekingen moeten binnen 24 uur of meer voor de bezoekdatum worden ingediend.

The park is spectacular; despite being designed for midday, the attractions are very good and can be repeated. We loved the town and the sensory route, wow. Really amazing, a shoutout to XENSES....

Well - they say its a half day experience. we spent 6 hours :) We reached around 10 AM - We did the dry part of the park first - great place to take awesome pictures - kids had a blast. We then did the anti-gravity town - and then the water slide, lazy river, mud slide, flying zip line, showers etc. Took a break for snacks and drinks and then did the sensory experience which was amazing. Crowds were well managed and staff was super helpful. - Its really a mesmerizing experience.

Amazing day out from Playa del carmen. As with all Xcaret parks the transport was on time, clean and friendly. This park is so so good we both said we would love to come back next time we are in Mexico 🇲🇽 Test your senses it doesn't lie! The wonky village to the nuggets slide and the senses walk is so good to do!

Xenses is a wonderful park—my kids absolutely loved it, and the activities were fun and unique. Unfortunately, the transportation was very disappointing. We were picked up at 7:10 AM but didn’t arrive until 10:30 AM due to delays, even though the park opens at 9. Then we were told to return by 1:45 PM, which made the whole experience feel rushed since the park closes at 6. We later found out there was a 3:45 PM return option, but no one told us earlier. We would have definitely chosen that. Great park, but transportation and communication need serious improvement.

This park has attractions that tricks you with optical illusions. Has fun water activities too like mud bath and water slide. Only takes a few hours to finish the park. Prices are more expensive through Viator though than through the Xcaret website. Visiting once is enough
This is an amazing place. It's not really big, but has a lot of fun. I would recommend it to any age.
The experience was great. You can enjoy this park in 5-6 hours so you have time for the rest of your day. The admission fee is reasonable given all the things you can enjoy. The atmosphere is very safe, relaxing and fun, they protect nature and the environment as well as flora and fauna. There were not large amounts of people, we did not have to wait in line for long in any attraction. The staff was friendly and professional, ready to help you in case of need. It is best for relaxation and having fun in unconventional ways because all the time the park plays with your senses.

The park is beautiful, just the sensations you need to revive your senses. It is amazing to live with your family or partner. I think not all activities are for children under 6 years old to my point of view by others it is amazing to live the experience
