- Als u te gast bent bij het Occidental bij Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen, ligt het park op 15 minuten afstand naast het hotel. Gasten moeten zelf naar de hoofdingang van het park gaan. De conciërge van het hotel helpt altijd bij de klanten naar het park komen
- De instapkaart-touroperator stuurt u een blanco exemplaar en het is verplicht deze af te drukken. Houd er rekening mee dat de witte de juiste is, en niet de groene aankoopbon van de Viator.
- Is verplicht u stuurt een ID screenshot rijbewijs zodra u klaar bent met het doen van uw reservering

When i reserved. They gave me a pickup time and the day of tge tour they changed it so we weren't able to go and lost what we paid. Im really disappointed. Never again I will use viator.

The reservation was processed as a no-show, and no refund was issued per policy due to incurred costs. Day Before Tour (July 18): Client notified via phone/email of confirmed 6:40 AM pickup time. Online listing (showing 8:30 AM) was clarified as approximate; policy requires clients to confirm pickup time with the operator. Tour Day (July 19): Transport arrived at the confirmed pickup location (6:40 AM). Client refused boarding, expressed dissatisfaction using profane language (e.g., "fraud"), and declined further communication.Client did not contact tour operator despite prior instructions.Transport departed without the client. Onsite staff reiterated pickup time and urged client to board.Post-incident follow-up attempted; client unresponsive, that's why i could not mark the booking like no show. Client did not board despite transport arrival. If they want a refund the Refund is declined: Per Viator policy, no refunds are issued for same-day cancellations/no-shows due to prepaid vendor costs (transport, tickets, reserved capacity). The place is very magical, The only thing is that I didn't know i had to pay for all the activities inside the park. but the park is amazing. me and my daughter had a great time.
We paid for Xcaret all day experience including RT transportation between hotel and park. We were told to be outside at 0750. We waited outside since 0745 and nobody came. I was in communication with tour provider who told me the transport was there even though I sent him pictures to the contrary. I waited nearly an hour and told him I would hire a taxi and submit the receipt for reimbursement, which I did. Now he is refusing to honor that even though I paid for the service that was not provided. The tour operator is being argumentative and unprofessional. Do NOT trust this group. I will be filing a claim with my credit card as well for services paid for and not provided.
Dear customer: I remembered you arrive late and we helped you to switch in another day when this tour you have to pay again if you arrived late. You have done the tour,I don't understand why you sent a review saying you didn't do it.
Amazing park, we loved swimming with the dolphins and floating through the caves. Everyone is so friendly. The show was wonderful. We definitely recommend this excursion
This park is amazing and I love coming back. Remember to wear good water shoes for the underground rivers. I’ve never tried the extra experiences like parasailing, but the regular features are fun and the aviary is a special treat. It will be hot, so remember to hydrate.
Great place!! Mexican Disneyland! We have been here before and it only gets better!! We brought our two granddaughters for graduation present!! They loved it!!!We will be back next year!! This is a must place to see!! Night show was super excellent!will put up picks! Check it out

The park were beautiful, but the ad on this advertisement is wrong . My hotel is listed and I selected for the transportation to pick us up only to be told they don’t pick us at the hotel. The time says 8:30 Am is also wrong. When we had to walk to a meet up point at 6:50 AM that kinda ruined our planing for the morning. Update the information on your page because it’s not correct. Won’t book through this company again.
Well worth the money. Very organized. The show was amazing. The river was magical. Very LOONG day. Oaxaca restaurant had a decent amount of traditional food
The concept is nice but way overpriced and upselling on every single activity. the boat snorkeling trip was very short and underwhelming, the butterfly and bird park very limited. The night show was the only thing that was impressive and the bus tour guides were very nice as well.

All the cool stuff costs to much money. Otherwise, it was just a glorified zoo. The ride from hotel to to here. Don't do. It's a set time. I would recommend trying the hotel that goes with the park along with 7 others.
