Ontdek een ondergronds doolhof van rivieren waar Maya's zich ooit voorbereidden op ceremoniële riten, stoeiden in een lagune en snorkelen in helder Caribisch water. Houd je ogen open voor vogels, vlinders en apen terwijl je door het weelderige bosrijke terrein dwaalt en archeologische vindplaatsen bezoekt. *** Dit is een officieel product van Grupo Xcaret *** 1. Voor gasten die Airbnb gebruiken, is een aangewezen openbaar ontmoetingspunt toegewezen. Schrijf 'Plaza las Perlas' voor Playa del Carmen op de adresregel. Voor Cancún, schrijf Base Xcaret. Voor Tulum, schrijf dan 'Aloft Tulum'. Gelieve 'Hotel Hacienda Morelos' te noteren bij het maken van een reservering voor Puerto Morelos. 2. Als uw accommodatie geen hotel is, moet u uw exacte adres invoeren, inclusief straatnaam, straatnummer, huisnummer, provincie, postcode en stad. 3. Wij kunnen u ophalen bij uw hotel of op het dichtstbijzijnde beschikbare punt op onze routes. 4. Je moet 15 minuten te vroeg aanwezig zijn op je toegewezen locatie. Noten: a. Laat het ons weten als u geen vervoer nodig heeft. b. We kunnen niet garanderen dat we u ophalen bij een hotel waar u geen gast bent, omdat sommige hotels een beleid hebben dat bezoekers niet toelaat op het terrein. c. Als u geen hotel heeft op het moment dat u uw ticket koopt, moet u ten minste 24 uur voor uw parkbezoek contact opnemen met de Viator Klantenservice om uw ophaling met ons af te stemmen. d. Xcaret was one of the absolute highlights of our family vacation in Riviera Maya. We visited with our two children (ages 5 and 10), and everyone had an incredible time. The park is beautifully maintained, incredibly clean, and surrounded by stunning nature. Our favorite experiences were the underground rivers, butterfly pavilion, sea turtle habitat, aquarium, and of course the spectacular México Espectacular evening show—it was world-class and the perfect ending to the day. What impressed us the most was the staff. Every employee we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. One staff member went above and beyond to assist our family, making our visit even more memorable. If you're visiting for the first time, my advice is to arrive early and plan your day. The park is much bigger than we expected, and even after spending an entire day there, we couldn't see everything. Wear comfortable shoes, bring water shoes, and don't miss the night show! Although Xcaret is not inexpensive, we felt it was worth every peso. It offers a unique combination of nature, wildlife, Mexican culture, adventure, and family-friendly activities that you simply won't find anywhere else. We would absolutely recommend Xcaret to anyone visiting the Riviera Maya and hope to return again in the future.

Highly recommended. Everything is very clear and well organized. You can choose activities easily (you just have to spend the cash haha). But the park is really pretty and the final show is beautiful

It is a very pretty and safe place, I loved it I was able to go through the underground river even though I don't know how to swim, it is a great experience!!! The night show is incredible It is worth visiting

The tour was incredible. They pick you and drop you off. Getting the buffet was all worth it. Staying for the show was an incredible experience.
It is a beautiful park, we enjoyed it a lot with my mommy. The number of little animals that you can see, the nature, the activities, everything met our expectations. The food was delicious with a wide variety of food.

During our visit to Xcaret Park, we paid an additional supplement of approximately USD $75 per person for the Adrenalina speedboat experience. Whilst I would like to commend both the captain and our guide, who were friendly, welcoming and professional throughout, the attraction itself was extremely underwhelming. The entire experience lasted only around 20 minutes from leaving the dock to returning, and it was considerably less exciting than the equivalent speedboat experience previously offered at Xavage. Given the premium price charged, we felt this represented very poor value for money. We were also disappointed by the butterfly pavilion, which appeared sparse and contained very few butterflies compared with our previous visit. Another recurring frustration was the park’s navigation. The maps are poorly designed and difficult to follow. We spent a considerable amount of time walking around trying to locate attractions, and we observed several other guests appearing equally confused, including couples openly arguing over directions. Better signage and clearer mapping would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

The decision to visit Xcaret was very much worth it. Spectacular experiences. The swim through the river was beautiful, long, attractive; we swam for more than 40 min. The animals, the views, the Yucatecan restaurant, the ceremonies. Everything spectacularly beautiful. I will return, without a doubt, I missed half of the park to see. The show at the end, beautiful, vibrant and exciting. The transportation to and from the hotel was perfect. Our guide was Carlos. Thank you!
