Dune Bashing-avontuur: Houd je stevig vast terwijl je aan een adrenaline-pompend dune-bashing-avontuur begint. Bezoek aan een kamelenboerderij Ontdek de schoonheid en charme van kamelen terwijl je een lokaal kamelenkamp bezoekt. Schilderachtige fotostops: Pauzeer op strategische punten langs de route om prachtige foto's te maken van de unieke flora en fauna van de woestijn. Aankomst woestijnkamp: Aankomst in ons exclusieve woestijnkamp, waar u wordt verwelkomd met traditionele versnaperingen, waaronder dadels en Arabische koffie. Culturele ervaringen: Dompel jezelf onder in de bedoeïenencultuur met een scala aan activiteiten en ervaringen. Ongeveer 60 km van Doha in de zuidoostelijke hoek van het land ligt een van de meest indrukwekkende natuurwonderen van Qatar, de ‘Inland Sea’ of Khor Al Adaid. Dit door UNESCO erkend natuurreservaat met een eigen ecosysteem is een van de weinige plekken ter wereld waar de zee diep in het hart van de woestijn doordringt. Deze rustige watervlakte is niet over de weg bereikbaar en kan alleen via de glooiende duinen worden bereikt. Volgens UNESCO vertegenwoordigt Khor Al Adaid “een opmerkelijk landschap” dat “landelijke schoonheid van wereldklasse” biedt. Het gebied herbergt een unieke fauna, waaronder verschillende soorten die internationaal zeldzaam en/of bedreigd zijn, zoals schildpadden. Khor Al Adaid is ook de thuisbasis van populaties van bepaalde vogelsoorten die van nationaal en regionaal belang zijn: in de winter migrerende watervogels over lange afstanden. Bezoekers kunnen ook visarenden zien nestelen op eilandjes en Arabische gazellen.
Na dune bashing wordt u afgezet bij het kamp, waar u toegang krijgt tot de kampfaciliteiten, u de kans krijgt om op de kameel te rijden, ook kunt u zwemmen aangezien het kamp net naast het strand ligt, in deze reservering zult u recht hebben op een gratis maaltijd in het kamp.

I had a fantastic time on the beautiful Qatar sea desert tour, thanks to my guide Hassan. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience great fun. The camel ride, sand boarding, and lunch by the sea were all highlights, and everything was very well organised. This experience truly allowed me to enjoy the natural beauty of Qatar. Highly recommended, and a big thank you to Hassan for an unforgettable day!
Really fun and eclectic day out with different activities and different experiences. Hassan was our driver and he was knowledgable about Qatari landmarks and places of interest on the way to and from the desert tour and made sure we had a good day.
We had an amazing day with Hassan in the desert. The tour was exactly as we asked for - horseback riding, camel riding, dune bashing, and a wonderful evening at a desert camp. Hassan was an excellent tour guide, as he guided us through the desert, knew all the best places to stop for pictures, and was a very skilled driver through the dunes. We had an amazing time on our desert safari! The camel ride was such a unique experience, and sandboarding down the dunes was so much fun. The off-road drive through the desert was thrilling and gave us some breathtaking views. A special thank you to our driver, Hassan, who made the experience even better. He was not only extremely skilled behind the wheel, but also lovely to conversate with and very knowledgeable about the area and culture. Shahzeb was our guide Pickup was punctual. Shahzeb Gave us the opportunity to go dune riding in a side by side. This was optional and additional cost. I’m so glad we had the chance to do this. Then camel ride and desert riding to the camp. At the camp we relaxed by the sea and had a typical lunch. Shahzeb was attentive and answered all our questions.
