Geef ons de naam en het adres van uw centraal gelegen hotel door, zodat we vanaf daar uw transfers kunnen verzorgen. Vanaf de eerste dag van de Ramadan worden buikdansvoorstellingen opgeschort. Tijdens de Ramadan wordt er geen alcohol geschonken. Tijdens onze activiteiten wordt uitsluitend amusementsmuziek gespeeld. Shisha zal beschikbaar zijn. Terrible customer service. When booking originally in December 2025 communication was regular. Was assured that the tour could be changed/cancelled up to 24 hours prior to tour date. Once booked, communication ceased, I initially wanted to change the date (eventually completed after 8 weeks) and finally need to cancel due to the ongoing situation in the UAE. I had contacted them through every possible channel and each time I have been completely ignored. No refund or alternative offered. I would not recommend booking with this company.

This was a large group of family and friends. Rayna Tours made everything look easy and simple to handle such a big group of travellers. Especially Sarah Ahmedji and Manager Nikhil were super helpful with their attention to detail. We managed to do a lot in a short time. From the New Year Eve fireworks, to the City Tours and Desert Safari. Cant wait to visit again.

I had a great experience on the tour. It was for seven days. The total fee for it was about 4000 dirhams. The tour guide for the Dubai city tour did an amazing job at explaining. The crowd size was a small, thankfully, allowing us to have a more personalized experience. The entire process was easy and we were well taken care of.

Going on a group tour for the first time in years confimed why I prefer private tours that permit you to set your own schedule. This tour operator did his best to keep a tight schedule and provided sufficient time at the stops and also gave good information and tips of what to explore on your own. The cruise was interesting with its impressive skyline and the light display. The desert Safari, definitely not to be repeated for this 80 year old with physical issues. Overall good value for the expense.

We done a package which had the dhrow marina boat cruise and the safari both were really good and the tours took exceptional care of us and really enjoyed it and it was our first time and I give all the credit to the tour as they were perfect

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Al barsha and this company has a tour counter at Hotel, person who doing service at counter is very inexperienced and looks like only care for his interest and asked for upgrades only but did not explain anything in details or do not care for guest or their concerns. We booked a desert safari and he did not explained anything thing on ride or sitting and being a elder person they put us in very back seat which was totally inconvenient when we asked the driver he said tour guide who book should have explained and do a right job but he did not but he asked us to upgrade so he can make more money and which was worthless. I recommend not to use Rayna anymore pulse they train their staff properly to make sure they care for their guests Sorry but it was very unpleasant experience and we have wasted out trip and created some back pain issues
