Wine Tour Pros halen je op bij je hotel of AirBNB voor het begin van een geweldige reis door de wijnregio's van Sonoma en Napa. We helpen uw dag te plannen om uw plezier te maximaliseren. Elke tour begint met een glas wijn en we stoppen bij 3 tot 7 wijnmakerijen die eindigen bij uw hotel. Kom genieten van de beste wijn op aarde. Tours duren meestal 6 uur en u koopt 4 uur van een tour van 6 uur.

The day started off rough as one of the vineyards that were booked didn’t have the reservation and the work around wasn’t the experience we were looking for. I expected it to be more than just a driver, based on what I had read I expected a tour guide! This was not that however Jeremy did book one amazing winery that made up for the otherwise subpar experience. We ended up enjoying the day. But just be aware that all you get with this is a driver (who may or may not know your agreed itinerary).
Jeremy was the absolute best! We had such a good time on our friend’s bachelorette party! He was super entertaining and full of great information!

Where do I begin. I booked this event through trip advisor with 3 weeks in advance. I was so excited, it’s my moms 60th birthday and all she wanted was to go wine tasting. She flew 6 hours to San Francisco for her bday celebration. I got my booking number and all. So I figured everything was set and ready to go. The night before, I decided to call and make sure my mi booking was confirmed. To my SUPRISE, the operator at trip advisor said my booking had been rejected by this company. These people decided to cancel/reject my booking without any notification. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE! I am so upset because now we are here and I’m having to scramble and figure out something for a part of 6 last minute !!! Their reasoning was that they were all booked however it gave me the option at the time of booking. So I absolutely do NOT understand what the heck happened in between. It’s ok if they are booked but the least thing they could have done was notify me of the situation! I absolutely do not recommend these people. They are unprofessional and the do not care about their clients.
Thank you for the feedback, but this is a false review and perhaps misguided. I will educate you and other readers on the process so you fully understand who is at fault. 1. You book with Viator/Trip Advisor and they issue a booking reference number BR-XXXXXXXXX. This does not guarantee your booking as the company has to accept the booking within 72 hours. 2. The company (Wine Tour Pros) then receives the booking and has 72 hours to respond (accept/reject) once accepted you receive an additional booking reference number from our company reservation system and texts and phone calls from our company, mainly me the owner. 3. In this case we had no availability so unfortunately, we rejected the booking. ****Now this is what should have happened next**** 4. Trip Advisor/Viator should have reached out to find a new company for you to handle your experience. 5. You should have received an email and refund from Trip Advisor/Viator immediately. In this case, you had around 6 weeks to close the loop with them. Since you were really never my customer(unfortunately) this review should be placed against the booking company Viator/TripAdvisor for not doing their job. We do our best to over-communicate with all our clients to ensure that we meet everyone's expectations. We apologize for your troubles on your mom's special day. We are a small veteran owned company that goes above and beyond to ensure people have an amazing experience. We enjoy what we do and we take complaints seriously. We've been to Napa many times and have used different driving services for our wine tastings. Jeremy came recommended from one of our wine clubs. We had a full 4 day pre-planned agenda and needed a driver for our group of 8. Jeremy was fantastic. The van was always on time, clean and got us to the appointments with ease. Jeremy is also knowledgeable about all things wine and Napa. Would definitely recommend them for anyone going to Napa or Sonoma.
The driver was great and so nice. my friends had so much fun and The bus was clean and fresh and overall a great experience.
