Gelegen in de overgang regenwouden van Costa Rica. Wandelpad zijn bij schoonheidstuinen, weelderige vegetatie zoals : bromelia's, mossen, korstmossen, orchideeën, heliconia's. Door ons werk hebben we een toevluchtsoord gecreëerd voor vogels en dieren waaronder kolibries & toekans, luiaards, kikkers, hagedissen, zoogdieren zoals twee padluiaards, drie padluiaards, apen, stinkdieren, vleermuizen. Amfibieën zoals roodoogkikkers, dartkikkers, padden. Wandeling is ongeveer 1 uur met lokale Expert gidsen. Aan het begin zullen we een uitleg hebben over hoe cacao en koffie plantgeschiedenis, cultuur en proces van enten, boomontwikkeling en oogst. Je kunt de cacaokorrel schillen, malen en een natuurlijke cacao - koffiekopje snacks proeven. Duur van de rondleiding: 1 uur We lunchen op dezelfde plek typisch costarricaans eten. Aan het eind rijden we 45 minuten om watervalzwemmen te doen rond de 40 minuten. Loopafstand 200 meter beneden beton. Watervaldaling 10 meter en breed 6 meter. Culturele chocolade - koffie en suikerriet : Een lokale boerenbevolking en Gids leggen het proces uit van korte cacaovruchten en koffiekersen in het veld op hetzelfde moment bomen met veel fruit dat overloopt naar zijn wortels en takken. U kunt meer dan 400 bomen pijp die in productie zijn bewonderen en zal zien een aantal dieren sluipen de bomen. U kunt de cacao- en koffieplantage zien om de gefermenteerde, gedroogde en gebrande door te brengen, waar ze de ambachtelijke machines kunnen bekijken die het proces leiden dat cacao en koffiezaad om gemalen chocolade en koffie te verkrijgen. De tour omvat ook de demonstratie en proeverij van andere attracties zoals : een natuurlijke stok en gegeven om de heerlijke nectar niet te behagen wordt natuurlijk gewonnen om de stok te laten zien. Je kunt je eigen chocolade ambachtelijke manier maken en de beste snoepjes proeven. Terwijl ze een gebakken chocoladepot en koffie met heet water of melk verwennen.

This was a scam. A guy reached out and wanted more money to do the tour. It’s a scam!!!!! I spoke to the real business owner and he had no record of me
Actually i reach you to let you know we don't have the enough group to operate the tour because You are only 2 persons and to operate the tour at least 4 people. I give the option to pay an extra money to operate prívate excursion but you answer You go to trío advisor and let a Bad review to my company. client are not agree with that extra charge i gave you money refund. We are a company and we have the own polities but people don't understood that. So sorry about it.
I really enjoyed the tour and Wilmar is an excellent guide. He is friendly, professional, knowledgable and a great driver! The two main individual tours were interesting and informative and well worth the time to get there. The rainforest nature walk portion is at the Spring Paradise Bijagua. The local guide was excellent. The coffee and chocolate portion of the tour conveniently happens at the same location, which is a very beautiful and picturesque spot (Cafe & Cacao Tour Bijagua). Also, a very good local guide here. This combination tour is a great way to have some classic Costa Rican experiences in one day and see different climate zones along the way. I was back at the hotel in time for an afternoon at the beach and to watch the sunset.

We had an excellent experience with this tour operator. We used them for airport transfer (pickup and drop off), Monteverde Cloud Forest, and Jungle Tour with coffee/chocolate tour. Wilmer was a consummate professional and really enhanced our first visit to CR. He made unscheduled stops for us to experience local CR fare and do some souvenir shopping. His communication was great and he kept us informed of any delays due to traffic. Vendor lied about travel time to/from activity site! Time was excessive with holiday traffic! Can’t trust the Viator website!

Went with family aged 11-74. It was such a great experience. The team at the coffee and chocolate farm were so knowledgeable and we learned a lot. Plus the fresh coffee and hot cocoa were amazing. The tour at the sloth sanctuary was also great. We learned a lot and got to see a sloth close-up. High recommend. Suggest bringing bug spray for the rainforest hike.

The property we visited to view the sloths and other wildlife is locally owned and operated and the guides are volunteers from the nearby community. The chocolate and coffee tour was also at a small local farm. We try to support small local businesses when traveling as much as possible as we’ve had some of our most memorable experiences that way. Luckily for us, our wonderful tour guide Wilmar of Guanacaste Adventure Tours has the same philosophy. Use Wilmar if you are looking for an authentic local experience! At the wildlife sanctuary, we saw several sloths, frogs and even a small boa constrictor. One sloth was hanging out in a tree at our eye level so we were able to get some great pictures. The property also has many beautiful plants and trees to and our guide explained their traditional uses to us. The coffee and cocoa tour was hands-on and we got the opportunity to grind cacoa and coffee the old fashioned way. Very interesting!
