Ervaar de wilde Taiga-bossen van Lapland! Tijdens deze tour voel je de rust van de Arctische natuur, wandel je door de besneeuwde bossen, leer je over je omgeving en leer je wat basisvaardigheden om te overleven. De Wilderness Survival Tour is een heel speciale gelegenheid voor diegenen die het bos in willen trekken om een glimp op te vangen van de spectaculaire en ongrijpbare Finse fauna en de natuurlijke schoonheid van Lapland. Deze tour is ook educatief bedoeld - je gids zal hun kennis en passie voor de natuur met je delen, en je leren over de geheimen van de Finse natuur, evenals enkele basisvaardigheden om te overleven. De tour heeft verschillende moeilijkheidsgraden, afhankelijk van je vaardigheid, je gids zal dit met je bespreken bij het ophalen en tussen jullie zal de beste route worden bepaald.

The winter view in the wilderness of Lapland is magical, and our guide is super knowledgeable about the landscape, the history and the winter survival skills! It was about half an hour drive to the park, the hike was not hard and even the little kids can enjoy very much. On the way down we were treated by a Finnish style sausage BBQ and hot drinks. I highly recommend it for families.
Nice tour, great guide! The tour started early over the fresh snow. The guide was knowledgable, cares a lot about nature and was very friendly. All was as in the description. We liked it a lot!
This experience was very well managed by Patrik, Lola and Gianni, who all have a great knowledge about nature and were very professional!
It was a great experience and Hena, our guide, was very accommodating and very good in explaining the things to us. She really had a good knowledge about the place and skills that she showed to us. It was a last minute activity that we have booked and it turned out as one of highlights of our trip in Finland. We highly recommend booking this trip and most especially to Hena!

Atanas (our guide) was very nice and kind all the time. He explained to us a lot of different things about the forest and survival. Made the hiking experience very fun and rewarding. Very recommended!!

This tour was a fantastic experience. Guillaume, our guide of the day was over the top. He provided a lot of survival tips as well as a lot of information about the fauna and flora of Lapland. He made small breaks to ensure everybody was following and could make pictures of the beautiful scenery. He was also keen to take pictures for us. The breath taking landscapes, the fresh air, the stop for the barbecue, we enjoyed it all. We strongly recommend this activity to anybody who loves nature.
Our guide Maria brought us along for a beautiful hike in the forest. She was also really earnest when sharing fun facts about the things that we saw along the way. We had a nice cosy lunch too and Maria took good care of each of us. Overall, it was pleasant and wholesome experience. Also wanted to give a shoutout to the Wild About Lapland staff who were so patient and welcoming when answering the numerous queries that we had about the tours, thank you for being so helpful!
We left with Chris, very friendly guide and eager to pass on his knowledge. We have learned a lot from him. His good humor is communicative, he is very open to discussion. The hike ended with a moment around a fire. Moment that was very friendly, to the point of feeling with friends. I really recommend 👍 Thank you.
Chris, our guide was super nice and helpful, he told us a lot of interesting information on the way to the top of the hill from where we got a wonderful view of the Taiga. This excursion is a valuable alternative to what other tour operators can offer you and it is a really good way to reconnect with the nature and discover Finland.
