Volledige dag Chianti wijnsafari. - Als u droomt van een klassieke Chianti-ervaring, is deze dagtour iets voor u! Vertrekkend vanuit Florence reis je diep in de Chianti Classico wijnstreek, beroemd om zijn Sangiovese gebaseerde wijnen en adembenemende met wijngaarden bedekte heuvels. U bezoekt twee hooggewaardeerde wijnhuizen in twee prachtige Toscaanse villa's, verkent hun oude kelders en proeft een verscheidenheid aan Chianti Classico DOCG-wijnen met kaas en gezouten vleesproeverijen. Het avontuur gaat verder met een off-road rit door privé wijngaarden, stoppend bij schilderachtige uitzichtpunten voor foto's. Sunset Chianti wijnsafari met diner - Ervaar Toscane op gouden uur met deze onvergetelijke zonsondergang wijntour! Vertrek Florence in de late namiddag en reis naar de pittoreske heuvels van de Chianti voor een off-road 4x4 wijngaard ervaring. Terwijl de zon ondergaat boven de wijngaarden, stop je op een panoramische plek om te genieten van een glas wijn met uitzicht. A friend recommended this wine tour and I’m so glad we booked it as a part of our Italy trip! Ginevra was an amazing tour guide! Funny, incredibly relatable, and so knowledgeable of the Tuscany wine region. She made the whole experience incredibly memorable for my family. Shout out to Fabio for the excellent driving as well. I’d highly recommend this full day excursion!
The tour was amazing Sara and Mario (driver) did an amazing job getting us to the tour safely and we learned alot about how wine is made, we got to see the factory and the fields where the grapes were. The wine tastings and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the tour.

This tour was absolutely amazing. It was worth every penny. Our guide / Sommelier was so knowledgeable and great fun, her name was Genevra (sorry about the spelling probably wrong - but just wanted to mention her as she was great). We did the full-day trip which included three wineries and lunch which was beautiful. The pasta’s were stunning. The scenery and Tuscan landscape was breathtaking. Can’t recommend this trip highly enough. If I had to be negative at all, I would say the option to buy extra glasses of wine at each winery would be nice, but I’m that’s the only negative. Book it!!
Our sommelier, Janaevra (Jeanie), was an absolute treat! 10/10! I just need to shout her out - she was incredible! The night before the tour, I received a note saying the tour would depart at 8:30am, rather than 9:30am. Not a huge deal, but a little odd. We met Jeanie at the coordinated point and walked to the big bus. It was so luxurious and AIR CONDITIONED! Game changer! We visited two wineries and got all the gorgeous views, pictures, and history you’d expect from a tour through wine country. We tried 8 wines, 7 out of 8 were red wines. I’m actually not a huge red wine fan, but I still had an amazing time with it! The lunch they served was delicious, and my husband and I ordered 9 bottles of wine to be shipped home. The transport from Florence to the first vineyard to the second vineyard took longer than I anticipated, so any buzz we had quickly dissipated and we did get tired. This tour is great for culture and history, but not the one you’re looking for if you want to party in Italy.
My family and I had a great day out with Walkabout Tours in the Florence region. The 4x4 bus was very comfortable and we visited wineries we would never have found without the tour. We sampled a nice selection of wines and had an amazing lunch in a lovely Tuscan setting, great pasta and lovely staff. We did the full day tour and had a great time, I would highly recommend this tour for people wanting to see some authentic wineries in the Florence region.

Our tour guide was Ginerva and our driver was Fabbio! We had the most amazing day with them at 3 wineries, drinking a lot of wine and eating the most amazing lunch! Ginerva was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many fantastic details about each wine we tasted.
