KARTAL-wijnmakerij is ontstaan als een gevolg van de familietraditie, evenals een diep respect voor wijn en wijnstok. Onze missie is om de band tussen de natuur en de mensheid voort te zetten door middel van nectar van Goden. Onze wijnmakerij, gelegen in Skopje, de hoofdstad van Macedonië, heeft een kleine capaciteit van 100.000 liter per jaar, de meest moderne apparatuur voor het verwerken en rijpen van wijn en zorgvuldig geselecteerde druiven uit onze wijngaarden zorgen voor een hoge kwaliteit en plezier bij elke druppel van wijn. Het samengaan van traditie en wetenschap is een ideale combinatie die onze enologen in perfectie hebben omgezet. Deze uitstekend uitgebalanceerde wijnen, hun soortkenmerken, fruitnuances en de toegewijde liefde verdienen uw aandacht. Elke fles die duizendmaal door ons personeel werd gestreeld, heeft veranderingen in stemming meegemaakt, grenzen van de geest bereikt, jaren van hard werken, verstrijken van seizoenen en geduldige maar gestage vervulling van het uiteindelijke doel.

A must if you're in Skopje! The brothers are extremly friendly and generous. They talk about wine with passion and great knowledge. The tour of the winery was interesting and the wines we tasted all were amazing, even better with the cheese platter. We had an absolutely marvelous time!

The visit to Kartal began with a tour and an interesting guided tour through the various stages from harvesting the grapes to the finished wine. After that, there was tasting of six different wines with a guide through the wine’s flavors and production / aging. A very rewarding visit recommended if you are in Skopje.
We enjoyed six delicious wines, each with its own story and flavor, paired with a fresh and generous tapas board. The two brothers were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing insights about their wines and local culture. I went with a friend of mine and to say that it was an incredible experience is an understatement! It was wonderful getting a deeper understanding of the wine making process as well as having the opportunity to sample some of the best Macedonian wines. Very highly recommend!
