Om uw ervaring naar een hoger niveau te tillen, hebben we professionele sommelier Gergana Nikolova, of kortweg Gery, uitgenodigd, die de kunst van wijn over de hele wereld heeft bestudeerd. Wij bieden twee verschillende opties voor uw plezier : onze exclusieve **wijnproeverij BBQ Reizen ** of een heerlijke ** BBQ-only ervaring **. Voor degenen die kiezen voor de wijnproeverij optie, zal Gery persoonlijk cureren en presenteren alleen de beste Cypriotische boutique wijnen. Dit zijn limited edition selecties, die in geen enkele supermarkt verkrijgbaar zijn, wat zorgt voor een echt unieke proeverij. Terwijl we langs het pittoreske noordwesten Akamas naar de lagune varen, zal Gery beschikbaar zijn in onze kamer beneden. Hier kunt u haar bezoeken om de kunst van het wijnproeven te leren, lokale rode, witte en roséwijnen van topkwaliteit te proeven. Of u nu kiest voor de voortreffelijke wijnproeverij met BBQ of liever onze heerlijke BBQ-only reis, bereid u voor op een onvergetelijke dag.

Great experience - we really enjoyed the boat tour, wine and BBQ. Come with an appetite and a thirst. Our sommelier was great company and we enjoyed the halloumi and homemade muffins!
From the moment we stepped on the boat to the moment we left, Gerry treated us like VIP guests. The wine tasting tour was THE BEST the wine was superb and Gerry was very friendly and knowledgeable about every bottle. The BBQ was amazing too, make sure you use the slide into the sea, ot was so much fun. I would definitely recommend this tour but make sure you add on the wine tasting its the icing on the cake.
Unforgettable Day on the Water with Demetris Chara & Gery! We had the most incredible boat trip with Demetris Chara — a perfect day cruising the crystal-clear waters, enjoying a delicious BBQ, and sipping amazing Cypriot wines with Gery, our sommelier and friend! The food was fresh and tasty, the wines were perfectly chosen, and the vibe on the boat was just unbeatable. Gery made the wine tasting so much fun — sharing stories, laughs, and a real passion for Cyprus wine. If you're looking for an unforgettable day full of sun, sea, great food, and even better company, this is it. Can't wait to do it again next time we're in Cyprus!
Amazing experience! We were picked up from our Airbnb - 45mins away from the boat and dropped off by Dmitri who happily made stops when we spotted a lovely scenic point. Geny is the sommelier and she made the experience for us. She is very knowledgeable on wines and the local area. We were the only ones on the boat doing the wine tasting but that didn’t affect the experience at all. The blue lagoon is gorgeous! We loved every minute of our day!
We went on the wine tasting experience and had a super time! The best thing about this trip is you are not packed in. Loads of room and place to seat for the whole trip. Great tasty food and bar to get drinks whenever you want. The wine tasting itself, Gerry is the loveliest person I have met and is made for her job! A great and memorable experience:)
Gergana, our sommelier for the boat trip was a of knowledge about the local wines she served us. This is a wine tasting experience like no other we have ever taken and a ‘must do’ when in Cyprus.
This was such an incredible morning. Gergana was such a star. We assumed when booking this, that the whole boat was doing the wine tasting, when infact me and my partner were the only ones! So what felt awkward at first quickly became one of our favourite days on our holiday. Gergana was so knowledgable and attentive, gave us so many wines to try, even took our photos while swimming and gave us some great recommendations for the rest of our trip on the island. Make sure you have a hearty breakfast before going, as once the first bottle is open, it doesn't stop flowing! Also, the views, swimming and BBQ were really fantastic, of course.
We recently visited The blue Lagoon in Cyprus on board of Demetris Chara,it was an amazing trip with a friendly crew and the top of the cherry was the amazing and professional sommelier Gergana. She showed real enthusiasm and professional knowledge and made our trip the best. The wine tasting was amazing experience.
I recently enjoyed a delightful boat trip that featured an exquisite wine tasting experience. The setting was picturesque, and the selection of wines was impressive. Gergana was extremely friendly and kind. Really good professional, deff recommend.
