Wijnmakerij Tour en Proeverij op Padua Hills
Beschrijving
Verken een familiewijnmakerij in de buurt van Padua en verdiep je in de geproduceerde wijnen. Gevestigd in een historische stenen boerderij, neem deel aan de proeverij met vier onderscheidende wijnen die ons terroir weerspiegelen: mousserend, rosé en rood gemaakt van Merlot, Cabernet en vele andere autochtone druiven uit Italië. De gids legt de wijnbouwpraktijken uit. keldertechnieken en professionele sommeliertrucs. Combineer elke wijn met een selectie regionale specialiteiten, waaronder ambachtelijke 'Sopressa'-salami en een drietal oude kazen.

Genesteld aan de voet van het majestueuze Castello del Catajo leidt een serene landweg van de hoofdweg naar een aristocratische plattelandsresidentie. Hier weerspiegelen de architectuur, de trachietbinnenplaats en de boerderijgebouwen de diepgewortelde toewijding van de familie Salvan aan het land. Op de binnenplaats liggen de kelders, omgeven door uitgestrekte wijngaarden. Sinds 1914 worden hier de beroemde "Pigozzo"-wijnen gemaakt: hartverwarmende en geestverruimende wijnen die de essentie van de regio weerspiegelen. Ontmoet de ambachtslieden achter de wijnen.

This is such a wonderful wine tasting experience! The hosts are very knowledgeable about their wine and the winery itself is so beautiful! The wines were all delicious and the hosts very gracious. Giorgio even gave us a ride to the train station after our tasting!! We would come back any time we are in Italy, would highly highly recommend l.

We really enjoyed our tour of the grapes and the wine tasting. Our host answered all our questions and provided us with education and local cheese and meat tastings. We really enjoyed and highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommended to discover a wonderful farm of this land. You can feel the love of this family for the activity and the search for quality for wines production. Amazing tour of the vineyards, where you can discover how the works on soil, and the variety of grapes. Excellent wines, among the best we have ever tasted; the host was very kind and enthusiastic, the tour is well organized and makes you feel immediately at ease.
