Wijngaardtour in Mendoza : Proeverij van wijn en olijfolie

Via deze wandeling langs de wijngaarden met wijnproeverij kunt u de oude en nieuwe wijnbereidingsprocessen ontdekken. Tijdens deze excursie van een halve dag kunt u twee beroemde wijnhuizen bezoeken rond Mendoza, een regio die wereldberoemd is om zijn wijn. Je neemt ook deel aan een wijnproeverij, begeleid door sommeliers en deskundige gidsen, zodat je geen details mist. Dit bezoek is een must in Mendoza. Reserveer nu je plaats!

Om 14.30 uur worden we opgehaald bij onze geselecteerde hotels om richting het gebied Luján de Cuyo en Maipú te gaan, waar de wijnmakerijen die we zullen bezoeken zich bevinden.
Via dit circuit komen we in contact met de cultuur van het werk in de handen van immigranten die, met behulp van irrigatietechnieken die van de aboriginals zijn geërfd, zoals kanalen en sloten, erin geslaagd zijn om de woestijngrond om te vormen tot een productieve oase. In dit panorama groeiden prestigieuze wijnmakerijen, die Argentinië hebben gepositioneerd als een bevoorrechte producent op internationaal niveau dankzij de kwaliteit van zijn producten.
We zullen twee wijnmakerijen bezoeken waar we meer kunnen leren over de traditionele methoden en ook over de integratie van de nieuwste technologie. Begeleid door deskundige wijngidsen en oenologen, zullen ze ons de vinificatiemethoden en de processen voor het maken, bottelen en etiketteren van wijn laten zien. Na het bezoek worden we uitgenodigd om deze heerlijke wijnen te proeven. We zullen ook een bezoek brengen aan een olijvenetablissement, waar we het proces van het maken van olijfolie, ook van uitstekende kwaliteit, zullen observeren, en dan krijgen we een proeverij aangeboden.
Om 20:00 uur komen we aan in Mendoza, waar je weer naar je hotel wordt gebracht.

We went to the city and toured the northern part to see snow in a park on the way to Chile. The sublime, stunning landscapes looked like postcards!!! We went to see a vineyard and brought some bottles. Then we went to San Rafael for a few days to be closer to Las Leñas and return to the snow. More dazzling postcards. Highly recommended!!!💞

Excellent experience. I had a great time, the group was very nice. The guide and the driver were very cool. The guides of the wineries very good information gave us.

Very nice for a non Spanish speaker. I learned a lot as this was my first ever wine tour. Very pleasant tour guide and competant driver.

The experience was nice. The olive oil tasting was a bit surprising. It was mentioned very little in the description. Once we get to the wineries, the tour became much more interesting. Seeing a wine museum that is over 100 years old was very educational.
Cecchin vineyard was great. The guide was professional and spoke perfect English. The same was with olive refinery. But the two last wineries were a great disappointment. The local guides couldnot speak English and we hardly could understand what they were saying. Sorri for that!
