Maak een Land Rover-tour met zwarte beer en wilde dieren in Whistler. Geniet van een schilderachtige on- & off-road rit door de Coastal Mountain Range en houd je ogen open voor zwarte beren. Ga mee met een van de lokale professionele natuurgidsen en fotografen op een vroege ochtendexcursie naar de zwarte beer Land Rover zonsopgang. Vanaf april/mei komen zwarte beren uit hun winterslaap en beginnen zich te voeden met de nieuwe voorjaarsgroei. Geniet van het majestueuze panoramische uitzicht op de Coastal Mountain Range, waaronder; watervallen, gletsjermeren, alpine oude groeibos en wetlands. Houd de wacht voor de zwarte beren, visarenden, herten en coyotes die de regio hun thuis noemen. Dit avontuur zal u laten waarderen van de natuurlijke wereld. Excellent early morning trip with Gemma. We got to see several bears including watching a Mother bear with 3 bear cubs playing and feeding for an extended time. Gemma was very knowledgeable and brought us to some great sites. Really well worth the trip.
Traveling with two teenagers. Getting up to leave at 6 am is a tuff one, but it was well worth it. We saw 9 bears ☺️ Our guide was super sweet. And had a lot af information to share about bears and the area. One minor thing… the two seats at the back have almost no space for legs. This would be good to mention. We tipped when we booked the tour. And I hope that the tips go 100 pct to our guide.
We had an incredible morning with Alice our guide. We saw a bear firstly in full view but it then quickly went into the bushes. Then we found a bear that gave us 15-20min performance of foraging, digging and even flipping a log. Well worth it. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We had such a great time.
We did see bears 🐻....a mother and two cubs..... out guide was informative and the vehicles used were very comfortable
Larry picked us up from the front of our hotel and was so friendly we felt at ease straight away. Larry was so knowledgable and gave us lots of information and beat of all we spotted a young female bear in the first 20 minutes. What an absolute brilliant experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone.
The Tour was amazing as we were able to see two sets of bears, a solo male and a separate mother and her two cubs. Angus (the guide) was really nice and answered all of our questions. Additionally he was knowledgeable about both the tour, the area and general present events. Overall, This experience was a never-forget moment for us and is an experience I definitely recommend to all visiting Whistler!
Tim was a fantastic guide, very knowledgable about bears and Whistler. We managed to see 5 bears on our trip which was perfect. The ride was smooth and enjoyable, especially the forest road experience early in the trip.
We had a great tour with Angus. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and really persevered with different locations to make sure we got to see bears. Really good overall tour and a nice way to spend a morning. 10/10 no notes.
Our driver, Rick, was exceptional! Tremendous knowledge of bears and he worked hard to find us some. He knows Whistler extremely well and had suggestions for us. He is also a ski instructor and will happily answer any questions!
Very informative guide and a comfortable 4 wheel drive. Only saw one near but is the luck of the draw on the day.
