Het langstlopende bedrijf om walvissen te spotten in Monterey Bay. We hebben 3 boten variërend in grootte van 53' tot 70'. Alle boten zijn door de USCG geïnspecteerd en goedgekeurd met binnenaccommodaties, badkamers en zitplaatsen. Onze kapiteins behoren tot de meest ervaren en zullen u een volledig vertelde reis bezorgen, waarbij de wonderen van het Monterey Bay Sanctuary en de omgeving tot leven komen. Super friendly and fun crew! Amazing experience! We had the chance to see 2 whales, dolphins and albatrosses! We loved it and we would suggest 100%!
A wonderful experience! The guides were excellent, and we were very fortunate to see several humpback whales, which seemed friendly i was evidenced by them hanging around longer than expected, and going underneath the boat back and forth several times. One of them even breached, meaning it jumped out of the water! We also saw many dolphins, seabirds, a couple of albatross, and even a couple of otters.
It's definitely Worth it, great experience watching these incredible mammals in the sea, an astonishing experience that no one should miss.
The tour would have been good if it were not for the fact that there were simply too many people on it. There are no where near enough seats outside the boat, and the inside cabin is cramped. I appreciate every business needs to make a profit but to expect people to stand for over an hour in each direction is simply too much. Otherwise, it was smooth trip and we saw a couple of whales, obviously this is luck of the draw and not much they can do to influence, I am sure an Orca’s appearance would have helped lift spirits from our family, but it is what it is!
Do not eat a heavy breakfast. You are more prone to be seasick. My partner was sick the whole ride. I absolutely loved seeing the whales though! The crew was amazing and attentive with my seasick partner. I’d also dress warm of course because it’s windy out in the ocean. Not only did we see whales but we also saw a shark and flipping sea lions!
We had such a great time on this tour! The guides were amazing and expertly maneuvered through the water to ensure the best view of whales for guests. Chris was so great and gave us a ton of fun facts, which we absolutely loved! To top it all off, a pod of dolphins followed us all the way back to shore. Incredible experience, would highly recommend. 10/10 stars!
the boat is clean, the sailor and his assistant are very caring knowledgeable doug all they can to make us have an enjoyable time
Be prepared for a three hour tour but overall just enjoy the moment. It's an amazing experience imo.
Well arranged & provided enough opportunities to see whales & dolphins, could have been better if they helped folks not form multiple lines so first come first serve is not defeated by folks who decide to get brave.
We saw whales and it was a whale watching trip so we received what we paid for. Upon arrival the staff was very rude, the Viator report time was 10 AM but we were scolded by an elderly man inside the office that said “you are late“ at 10:01 AM. The gentleman outside the office told us we were supposed to be there at 9:30 AM but I could not find that guidance anywhere on the Viator description. If you’re prone to sea sickness reconsider, there were multiple people vomiting off the back of the boat.
