Experience: Unforgettable and Spectacular! Swam literally only a few feet away from the amazing whale sharks, tour guide did a superb job of spotting them and guiding us safely, Admission fee: Very reasonable considering the quality of the experience and boat rides Length of Visit: For each paired up group, the actual swim time with the sharks was around 20-25min as there were multiple groups taking turns Atmosphere: enjoyed spending some down time by Playa Norte - a good way to rest after vigorous swimming with the sharks Crowd size: Intimate size (my group was 10ppl) Staff: Friendly, professional, and very pleasant! Best for: I was a solo traveler, but this experience allowed me to meet some great people and had a great time!

Amazing tour! This is a must-do if you’re visiting Cancun. Swimming next to whale sharks was absolutely magnificent and unforgettable. Everything was smooth from start to finish — hotel pickup was right on time, transfers were easy, and the staff was amazing. Felipe and Lolo took great care of us the entire time. We had plenty of time to see the whale sharks, take stunning photos and videos, enjoy a quick snorkeling stop, relax near Playa Mujeres, and finish the day with ceviche and beer. Highly recommend!

Amazing tour! This is an absolute must if you’re visiting Cancun. Swimming alongside the whale sharks was a truly unforgettable experience. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our hotel pickup was exactly on time, the transfers to the speedboat were smooth, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to Felipe and Lolo, who took great care of us throughout the entire tour. Felipe was with us every time we entered the water, making sure we felt safe and had the best possible experience. One of the things we loved most was that only two people entered the water at a time. My wife and I felt like we were on a private tour, with plenty of time to swim alongside the whale sharks multiple times, take incredible photos and videos, and truly enjoy the moment without feeling rushed. After the whale shark experience, we stopped for some snorkeling at another beautiful location, then spent some relaxing time near Playa Mujeres, where we enjoyed fresh ceviche and cold beers to end the perfect day. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Cancun, and we highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely book it again the next time we’re in Cancun!

Swimming with whale sharks is an absolute must-do! We had 15 or so swimming around the day we went and getting so close to these incredible creatures was surreal. Even from the boat, watching them glide past was breathtaking. Our guides, Phillipe and Lolo, were amazing – knowledgeable, passionate and focused on giving everyone an unforgettable experience while keeping us safe and respecting the animals and their habitat. If I’m ever back in Mexico, I’ll 100% be doing this again.

Our guide Javier and our Captain Joseph were incredible! If you follow Javier's directions, he'll get amazing photos and videos of you with the whale sharks. We lucked out and the season is good this year, so we saw tons of whale sharks and manta rays. They also picked us up from our hotel in Downtown Cancun, which was definitely out of their way since everyone else on our tour was staying in the Hotel Zone. Fair warning, though--take the Dramamine even if you think you won't need it! 2 members of our trip got sea sick and only ended up swimming once with the whale sharks instead of twice. It's not worth the misery when you can prevent it!

This was a very fun, memorable experience. The boat was very clean. The captain and the guide in the water were warm, knowledgable, respectful, patient, and seemed to love what they were doing. Lunch was delicious. We had guacamole, sandwiches, ceviche, beer, soda, and water. I had ceviche several times while in isla Mujeres and this was as good as any I had in a restaurant. The whale sharks were beautiful creatures. Bernie and the captain wanted us to have the best swim with them as possible. We also saw a turtle and manta rays. The snorkeling before lunch was lots of fun, too. This was a never forget experience for my husband, my son, and I.

My wife and I had the most amazing time on this tour. There were so many highlights starting with the best guide (Felipe) and captain (Lolo). They made this experience truly memorable as they prepped us and put us in the best positions possible when swimming with the whale sharks. We saw at least 60 whale sharks from the boat and got to swim very close (but not too close) to at least 5 whale sharks. The whale sharks were even more majestic than we ever would have imagined. So docile and so magnificent. Other highlights of the excursion included feasting on some of the tastiest ceviche (prepared by Felipe and Lolo…what can’t they do??) and getting to spend some time in the shallow, aqua waters off the north beach in Isla Mujeres. Overall, we had such a fantastic time. This is one of those once in a lifetime experiences that one must do. Highly recommended without a doubt!

Our family of four stayed in northern Isla Mujeres and were able to walk five minutes to the meeting site. We were on the boat with a total of 10 people and it took about 45 minutes to get to the snorkeling site. We were hoping to be able to see a whale shark and instead we saw dozens as well as dozens of manta rays. We felt extremely safe and it was run very ethically. If we come back, we will definitely do it again.Carlos and Julian were fantastic!
