The driver was on time. He was fun and courteous and was a very good driver. We had a great time at the waterpark. Our ages ran from 10 to 72 years of age. We had a fabulous time. Not thrilled with the food or the cost of the food, but we weren’t there for the food.
We had an amazing time at the water park. Our family with 2 boys age 9 and 11 spent 3 hours at the park which was not too crowded. Our driver provided timely communication and updates and dropped us off close to our hotel as a courtesy. We also received a tour of the history of Hawaii during the ride which was amazing. We were disappointed that our submarine tour was cancelled due to low visibility but this more than made up for it. Next time we visit we hope to try the ATV and zipline tour from Malama tours.
A relaxed afternoon at the waterpark with the boys, a courtesy drop near your hotel, and a little Hawaiian history along the way is just the kind of day we love hearing about. Standing the submarine down for low visibility is a safety call we will make every time rather than risk a poor experience, and we are glad the rest of the day more than carried it. The ATV and zipline will be waiting whenever you are back.

Because I couldn't do it for lack of a recovery address. There was a problem with digital communication.
We know it is disappointing to miss an experience while travelling. Somehow you did not get the emails, text messages, and voicemails that we sent you. If you had reached out to us we would have been able to get it sorted, but we did not hear from you at all.
The water park is great but you can easily book you own tour. Malama - the transport provider - was extremely disappointing. They were late initially (apparently according to a car breakdown) but I had to call to find that out. Then the replacement car took some time and was waiting around the corner from the stated pick up location (and the driver didn't bother to call). The pick up was worse. We were told it had to be at 3pm because the driver had another job at 345 (we assumed back in Waikiki etc). But instead we then drove to the marina and waited 45 minutes to pick up another group from a cruise. This has not been disclosed to us before the trip. It was unclear why we had to meet at 3pm given this major delay. I would not recommend this service. Buy the tickets yourself and get an Uber - much easier and probably cheaper.
The Waterpark was heaps of fun, I can imagine lines get long when it's busy but it was a nice relaxed vibe the day we went. But you will get better service and value if you just buy the Waterpark tickets yourself and catch an Uber. Our pick up was late - ostensibly due to a breakdown, but no one bothered to call to let us know so we had to call the tour company and be put on hold for ages waiting to find out if they were coming. We ended up waiting a whole hour before we were picked up. Then we agreed a pick up time with the driver thinking we were heading straight back to Waikiki, but it turned out we had a 20 minute detour and then a 30 minute wait in a carpark (with tired, hungry, bored kids) to pick up another group. No one had told us to expect that and we had to change our afternoon plans because of the delay. An Uber would be cheaper and better service.
A missed pickup is a frustrating way to begin a day you've looked forward to, and that's never how we want a guest to start. Our pickups run on the location and contact details confirmed in each booking, and we stay reachable by phone that morning precisely so any mix-up can be sorted in real time and everyone still gets on their way. When the details and a quick call line up, mornings like this almost always come together, and we'd have loved for yours to. We hope the islands bring you back for a smoother one.
The water park was so fun and our driver Joe, was awesome. He gave us history on everything as we drove past, recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails and more. The water park was a blast, the staff was kind and even the food was decent. We will most definitely be back.

My friend recommended one site so I visited inhawaii.com, and there found this amazing waterpark tour. So I decided to visit and swim, I do not regret that! It worth everything! I recommend you all

Not worth. To visit. Spent $300 plus for this tour, not much to see. They only had 3 slides and 1 small wave pool. But the positive side is that the driver is friendly

This is a great tour if you want to visit Wet’n’Wild and do not have your own transport. We only had three groups on our tour so didn’t waste time having to pickup/drop off everyone at the start and end of the day. The tour allows you to enter the park between 12-2:30pm. We found this to be enough time as Wet’n’Wild Hawaii isn’t very big. The park was very quiet the day we went, but unfortunately this meant that not all slides were open and others were on rotation. So 2.5 hours was more than enough time.
Glad the transport made Wet'n'Wild easy, and that a smaller group meant less time at pickups and more at the park. Which slides are open on a quiet day is the park's call rather than ours, though we appreciate you noting it for the next traveler.
