Loop met je gids door de Grätzls (buurt) en ontdek hun favoriete, alleen de lokale bevolking kent markten en krijg inzicht in de traditionele Weense koffiecultuur in enkele van de meest geliefde koffieplekken van je gids, en ontdek historische juweeltjes en hotspots die alleen voor de lokale bevolking zijn.

Begin je avontuur in Wine&Co’s flagship store aan de Jasomirgottstraße 3-5, waar je je reis begint door Wenens beste eten, drinken en lokale cultuur.
Ontdek een historisch plein uit 1872 en trakteer uzelf vervolgens op zoete Weense gebakjes en versgebrande koffie in Groissböck — een geliefde bakkerij die bekend staat om het maken van lekkernijen met liefde en ingrediënten van topkwaliteit.
Ontspan in Café Korb, een traditioneel Weens koffiehuis in het hart van de stad. Geniet van klassieke lekkernijen zoals zelfgemaakte appelstrudel of Kaiserschmarren in de charmante tuin, met een prachtig uitzicht op het historische centrum van Wenen.
Wandel over de Brunnenmarkt, de langste straatmarkt van Wenen, in de bruisende Ottakring. Stop bij een geliefde Würstelstand van een familie om traditionele Wurst of Gulasch te proberen en zie hoe de lokale bevolking geniet van een klassiek Weens diner.

We had the most enjoyable tour experience with Patrick our main guide and assistance from Maria. They were wonderful with their knowledge and other tips for us exploring this most beautiful city of Vienna. The food they organised for us was splendid from the street food sausage and goulash to the amazing Viennese pastries and desserts. We were really treated to a wonderful day that just flew by. It was hard to believe it was 6 hours. Being our first day in Vienna we got so much out of this tour and we highly recommend it to give you not only a great experience but also some smarts about getting around this wonderful place. Thank you again Patrick and Maria!
I went out the tour led by Verena, she was friendly and knowledgable about the city. I would have definitely missed the spots we went to and I truly experienced the city like a local, with markets and tucked away cafes. Definitely come hungry, and wear comfortable shoes!-
An excellent tour of Vienna and a wide range of food experiences. From the affluent city centre to the more hidden street markets and restaurants. The portion sizes are fairly small individually, so not over-facing, and if you want to skip something then no-one minds. Overall there is plenty to eat and you won't need to have breakfast beforehand! Our tour guide Marianne was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She even bought us an umbrella when it start raining unexpectedly!
Have you ever had an experience that was so much fun that you wanted to roll back all your other reviews of similar tours to ensure this one had the highest rating ever? I do!! This tour was THE BEST!! Not only do you visit areas that you would normally never visit in Vienna, you literally are on a food and daytime pub crawl! Our guide (Christof) was so funny, fun, and knowledgeable. We went to a neighborhood coffee cafe, a street food trailer, a small side street local restaurant, a locally famous bakery, on and on and on... Great wine, beer, cakes, lunches (pre-lunch and then lunch!)... It was a crazy fabulous day!!

This was without doubt the highlight of our trip to Vienna. We visited venues and markets that we would never have gone to on our own. Our guide Christoph was excellent and kept us entertained and informed throughout the whole trip. The food and drink was plentiful and delicious. We were given an insight into life in Vienna by Christoph who was so knowledgeable on every subject. The group was small and friendly- we thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend as a ‘must do’ in Vienna. Thank you Christoph!

The best thing about food tours is you don't need to search 'great restaurants near me' or 'authentic Viennese food near me.' The guide takes you to the best of the best, showing you interesting stops, chatting about the culture and history and taking you beyond the tourist hot spots to absolute gems. The food was amazing - do not eat before you go! Peter was so knowledgeable about the history and culture of Vienna and spent more time and energy on us than he needed to! Thanks to him I could use public transport confidently, so thank you Peter!
Our guide knew quite an impressive number of eateries away from the center—each was a little gem. He interspersed our eating with an interesting conversation about Viennese society. The personal private tours allowed us to linger where we wished and discuss any and all topics to our satisfaction. We finished the tour with our stomachs and minds full and happy. Highly recommended.
