Het Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial is een nationaal monument in West Potomac Park naast de National Mall in Washington, D.C., Verenigde Staten. Het beslaat vier acres en omvat de Stone of Hope, een granieten standbeeld van burgerrechtenbewegingsleider Martin Luther King Jr. gebeeldhouwd door beeldhouwer Lei Yixin
Het monument wordt omringd door 36 gecanneleerde Dorische zuilen, één voor elk van de 36 staten in de Unie ten tijde van Lincolns dood. We loved the small sized (6 passengers) group size. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. At the stops where we got off it was just enough time to see the site, take some pictures and then keep moving. It was a great experience

It was a good site seeing trip, guys very knowledgeable. Only complaint is last seats face backwards, you really shouldn't book those because as you are traveling you cant see anything

The National Park Service issues Entry / Ticket for FREE, but you they apparently get grabbed up as soon as they release them. The Tickets I received from Viator were $20 each and to me was well worth the price. We were able to get in earlier than our scheduled entry time. The Park Rangers were very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend spending the $20 than the other options I found on being able to enter in a timely manner,

It is worth taking the e-cart transport because it is very comfortable, easy to get in and out of, has good visibility, and you cover the essentials in record time, which would take a very long time walking. The itinerary and the chosen stops are very good, but I missed a little more explanation of the city's history. Basically, they just list what you see, the different monuments, but with little historical context. I imagine it depends on the driver you get.

What is shown and described in the picture is not what you get for transportation. We booked this thinking we’d be riding around in an open air golf cart and ended up on a bus
