Deze tour met kleine groep (max 10 personen) is ontworpen voor reizigers die een meer persoonlijke en boeiende ervaring willen tijdens het verkennen van een van de meest historische wijken van Sevilla. Wandel door de voormalige Joodse wijk en ontdek de verborgen straatjes, charmante pleinen en rijke geschiedenis, tot leven gebracht door verhalen, legendes en historische context gedeeld door uw lokale Gids. Naast de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden verken je minder bekende uithoeken en krijg je een dieper inzicht in hoe de Joodse, islamitische en christelijke culturen de stad door de eeuwen heen hebben gevormd. Het kleine groepsformaat zorgt voor een ontspannen en interactieve ervaring, met tijd om vragen te stellen en contact te maken met uw Gids in een vriendelijke sfeer. Deze tour wordt alleen in het Engels uitgevoerd.

Ons ontmoetingspunt bevindt zich in de omgeving van het Alcazar, het Koninklijk Paleis dat sinds de Moorse tijd wordt gebruikt. Door de geschiedenis ervan te leren kennen, zouden we een beter begrip krijgen van de middeleeuwse geschiedenis van Sevilla voordat we ons in de Joodse wijk zouden begeven.
Op dit geweldige kleine pleintje leren we over het verleden van de gemeenschappen die het gebied bewoonden
We zullen de geschiedenis van de synagogen van de stad ontdekken
We passeren door deze prachtige tuinen terwijl we de geschiedenis van de wijk ontdekken.
In deze stop zien we de enige fysieke overblijfselen van de middeleeuwse Joodse wijk op de archeologische site in een ondergrondse parkeergarage.
Onze wandeltocht eindigt voor de kerk van Santa Maria la Blanca.

Nice experience and great to walk on the same lands that my forefathers were both exiled to as well as exiled from to north and west africa. I already knew this information prior to the tour, and our tour director didnt speak of it in this manner, but to know the history and how it applies directly to me was sobering, heartbreaking , and informative at the same time.
