Horrible. One big scam!! Were extremely rude to me and my daughter and tried to charge me 18 additional dollars because they said they didn’t support viator only trip advisor. They are the same company. We didn’t end up going and now they won’t answer Viator and issue me a refund. Steer clear. They messed up my evening and made my daughter cry.
We're genuinely sorry to hear that you and your daughter left upset. Creating a positive experience for our guests is very important to us, which is why we'd like to clarify a few points. Viator and TripAdvisor are part of the same company, and we fully support bookings made through both platforms. Because of that, it would not be possible for us to charge an additional fee because a reservation was made through Viator rather than TripAdvisor. The additional amount discussed was the fuel surcharge, which is disclosed in the tour listing and also included in the confirmation email sent prior to the tour. This is a standard charge that guests are informed about before arrival. We understand that unexpected costs can be frustrating, and we're sorry that there was a misunderstanding regarding this fee. However, it was not related to the booking platform and was not a charge added at the last minute. Regarding your refund request, any requests submitted through Viator are handled through their review process, and we will continue to cooperate with them as needed. We regret that you chose not to join the tour and are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. We wish you and your family all the best.
I would highly recommend this cruise. Definitely worth the price. The crew was friendly and fun. We will go again when we come back..

The surcharge was not disclosed in advance. We were charged an additional $9 per person, which was unexpected. If this extra fee had been clearly stated before booking, I would have considered other options and likely chosen a better tour for the total price.

It was rocky but we got to see beautiful sunset and Honolulu skyline. Go to bathroom before checking in for cruise or wait until board. Public restrooms in public park are horrendous.

The boat was clean and nice. The staff was great. One of the bathrooms was out of order which was not great. It was very rough waters and cold and rainy but that can’t be helped by anyone 😊

The employees were super nice and funny, and everything felt very organized. I had a great time. Of course the water was choppy, but that’s just how it goes! Just make sure to bring some Dramamine if you get seasick and you’ll be all good.
