Rondleiding door Battery Park & historisch kasteel Clinton, samen met oriëntatie om het meeste uit uw tijd op Ellis Island te halen - vooral als u kiest voor de optie met Self-Guided Audio Tours. Dit deel van de dag is met Engelstalige gids.
Ga door TSA en stap aan boord van de veerboot naar Liberty Island. Als de pre-ferry tour optie werd gekozen, haalt u uw meertalige audiogids voor Liberty Island op bij de kiosk zodra u van de veerboot stapt en besteedt u tijd aan het verkennen van het eiland met de audiogids. Als de rondleiding werd gekozen, zal de gids je een rondleiding door het eiland geven in het Engels, je de beste plekken laten zien om foto's van het Vrijheidsbeeld te maken en je wat vrije tijd geven om te verkennen.
Maak close-up foto's van het Vrijheidsbeeld en leer over de geschiedenis ervan. (Betaalde toegang is voor Liberty Island - geen toegang tot de kroon of sokkel)
Bezoek het nieuwe Vrijheidsbeeldmuseum waar de originele fakkel staat en kom meer te weten over de bouw van het monument en zijn geschiedenis. Op de Rondleiding - dit gedeelte is op zichzelf staand aangezien rondleidingen niet zijn toegestaan in het Museum.
Neem de veerboot naar Ellis Island en geniet van het terrein van Ellis Island en bezoek de Wall of Hero's. Kijk of je je familienaam kunt ontdekken. Dit gedeelte wordt begeleid tijdens de rondleiding.
Breng tijd door in het Museum en bezoek de enorme Grote Zaal waar immigranten werden verwerkt. Als de pre-ferry tour optie werd gekozen, haalt u uw meertalige audiogids voor het museum op wanneer u het museum binnenkomt. Als de rondleiding is gekozen, kan je gids niet met je mee naar binnen, maar zal hij je informeren waar je heen moet als je eenmaal binnen bent.
Neem de veerboot terug van Ellis Island naar Battery Park. Onderweg geniet u van een panoramisch uitzicht op de haven van New York, waaronder de skyline van Manhattan en de Freedom Tower - het hoogste gebouw op het westelijk halfrond.

- Vanwege lokale regelgeving zijn het Vrijheidsbeeldmuseum, Ellis Island en het Ellis Island Immigratiemuseum mogelijk niet geopend op de datum van uw bezoek
- Februari 2025 – Wegens bouwwerkzaamheden wordt instappen met voorrang tijdelijk opgeschort
- Als er slechts een paar Frans of Spaans sprekende gasten op de tour zijn, zit je in een tourgroep met ook Engelstaligen en heb je een tweetalige Gids die commentaar geeft in zowel Frans als Engels, of zowel Engels als Spaans

Due to a Tickertape parade in NY I was unable to make it to the pickup spot. No transport available. I called and and was told to explain my situation and I would get a refund. I did as ask and was denied refund or credit. No consideration for circumstances out of my control.
Just only a ferry ride and walk to the place of ferry and around the attractions Statue of Liberty and Ellis island.

Gale very nice person. The tours were National Parks. We did. not know why we needed Viator tours. Which we love the tour company and have used over the years. But this one left us bewildered.

I think it's really set up nice. I do believe that people should know that you don't get to actually go in the Statue unless you have special tickets. Alos, that there is very limited seating on the Ferry.

The guide only took us from the meeting point to the ferry, about 300 meters. It is therefore not worth booking here, as you pay twice the actual ticket price.

As indicated, I arrived on the scene for more than fifteen minutes, there was nothing to indicate that I was in the right place. So I went round and round and panicked. Breffff, better organization and coordination would be better.

Amazing experience!!! The guides were very punctual and organized. Our guide Leanne , went above and beyond my expectations. She is very knowledgeable of the history behind the tourist attractions ( The Statue of liberty and Ellis island) . She is very kind and prompt to help through the whole tour .

I purchased two tickets here, and we met the “guide” at a nearby coffee shop. He was nice, and gave recommendations on what to see at Liberty & Ellis Island. Other than that, all he did was walk us through the gate to the ferry line. He did not come along. So we essentially paid double for a ferry ticket that we could have bought at the station
