U reist door het indrukwekkende Andeslandschap van het Salinas en Aguada Blanca National Reserve, genietend van een panoramisch uitzicht op de iconische vulkanen van Arequipa: Misti, Chachani en Pichu Pichu. In tegenstelling tot typische tours, richt deze ervaring zich op het waarderen van de schoonheid en rust van de hooglanden terwijl u leert over lokale tradities en de natuurlijke omgeving van deskundige gidsen. Hotel Pickup en Vulkaan Uitkijkpunt We beginnen de tour met een handige pick-up vanaf een centrale locatie tussen 06:00 en 06:20 uur. Onze eerste stop is een panoramisch uitzichtpunt met een spectaculair uitzicht op de omliggende vulkanen van Arequipa: Chachani, Misti en Pichu Pichu.
Bezoek aan Chiguata en lokaal ontbijt Vervolgens gaan we naar de traditionele wijk Chiguata om het charmante centrale plein en de historische kerk te bezoeken. Hier heeft u tijd om te genieten van een heerlijk lokaal ontbijt, bereid door de gemeenschap.
Nationaal reservaat Salinas en Aguada Blanca We gaan verder naar het Salinas en Aguada Blanca National Reserve, waar u indrukwekkende hoge Andeslandschappen zult waarderen en meer te weten zult komen over de unieke flora en traditionele kameelsoorten van de regio vanaf aangewezen uitzichtpunten
Salinas Lagoon en schilderachtige stop Onze volgende stop is Salinas Lagoon (ongeveer 4.300 meter boven zeeniveau). Tijdens het regenseizoen wordt de lagune een natuurlijke spiegel die de omliggende bergen weerspiegelt, perfect voor foto's en ontspanning.
Lunch op het platteland en terugkeer naar Arequipa Voordat we terugkeren naar de stad, stoppen we bij een rustig restaurant op het platteland om te genieten van een traditionele Arequipeño lunch. We verwachten rond 17:00 uur terug te komen in Arequipa.

I loved the tour of the Salar Lagunas. Everything was very punctual, the guide Gilbert has a lot of knowledge about the region and the history of Peru and even indicated books for us. I like it.

El guía es un excelente. Su idioma nativo es el español, pero también habla muy bien inglés. Es muy paciente, no apresura al grupo y siempre se toma el tiempo para explicar todo con claridad. Además, es muy atento y proactivo, incluso se ofrece a tomar fotos para todos. Incluso usamos un accesorio de dinosaurio para tomar fotos muy divertidas. The walk was amazing! Super well organized. Our guide was José, super attentive and fun. Super recommend, the landscapes are amazing and the experience very different! Peru is too much!!!

The day trip with José José was incredible! Everything was perfectly organized and well planned out. José speaks multiple languages fluently and has always some interesting facts ready. I had so much fun with the tour and felt in very capable and always helpful hands. I would absolutely recommend! ☺️
