Dit is een klassieke tour door San Pedro de Atacama. Je kunt niet stoppen met het bezoeken van de meest indrukwekkende landschappen van de woestijn.

We passeren de Steenbokskeerkring met een stop om foto's te maken en te genieten van een uitgebreid ontbijt.
We maken een stop bij de Chaxa-lagune, het hart van de Atacama! Op deze plek kun je flamingo's zien.
Na een rit van 2 uur komen we aan in Piedras Rojas. Iconisch en typisch woestijnlandschap, met een bijzondere rode kleur in de stenen, gevormd door merkwaardige geologische verschijnselen. Perfecte gelegenheid om geweldige foto's te maken. Om de Salar de Aguas Calientes te bereiken, ook bekend als Salar de Aguas Calientes, zullen we met ons voertuig naar 3800 meter hoogte moeten gaan en 1 uur en 15 minuten moeten lopen om de rode rotsen te zien, evenals enkele lagunes en zoutvlakten in de buurt.
In het gebied van de Altiplanische lagunes van Miscanti en Miñiques, waar onze gids ons informatie zal geven over de flora en fauna van de plaats.
We passeren de stad Socaire, waar we een stop maken om foto's te maken.
We passeren de stad Toconao.

A must-do tour. Top notch company. Francesca the guide spoke excellent English and watched out for everyone. Spent the right amount of time in each place. Breakfast and lunch were delicious. Nice to eat outside instead of in a restaurant.

We made a total of 5 tours with the operator Pukarumi and, overall, the experience was great. On the day trips, we had the pleasure to be accompanied by the guide Felipe, who is super high astral, explains very well the history of the sights and answers all the doubts with very good mood. His assistant, Alexia, was also excellent, always very attentive and friendly. A team of guides really score 10! Daytime routes are a must-see, especially Red Stones and the Altiplane Lagunas — the view is simply surreal and was one of the highlights of the trip. The only point that left nothing to be desired was the astronomical tour. Since I have a prior knowledge of astronomy, I expected a deeper dynamic, especially in the observations. The agency has powerful telescopes, but I found that the equipment was little used during the activity. Still, I highly recommend Pukarumi for the quality of the day trips and the impeccable service of the staff!
