Tijdens deze dagtour van La Paz naar Copacabana en Isla del sol, zult u getuige zijn van buitengewone schilderachtige uitzichten op het meer. Je steekt rivieren over op vlotten, stopt bij prachtige uitkijkpunten en leert de geschiedenis van deze belangrijke plek kennen. Je hebt tijd om Copacabana zelf te bezoeken, een lokale lunch te nuttigen en een middagboottocht te maken naar het Titicacameer, om het ¨Eiland van de Zon¨ te bezoeken, een plaats van Inca-legendes. Je reist in een gezellige groep met een Boliviaanse gids, die voor je zorgt.

Vertrek vanuit La Paz om 7:00 uur, aankomst rond 09:45 uur naar het uitzichtpunt Tiquina Mirador, en neem de veerboot om de Tiquina-oversteek over te steken
Rond 11:30 uur kom je aan in Copacabana en heb je vrije tijd voor de lunch voor het vertrek van de Sun Island tour om 12:30 uur
Om 12:30 uur stapt u aan boord van de boot naar Isla del Sol, waar u rond 13:40 uur aankomt en wordt afgezet bij Yumami aan de zuidkant van het eiland
Van 13:40 tot 15:20 uur kunt u een wandeling maken rond de zonnetempel Pilkokaina en de kust van Yumani
Om 15:20 uur ga je op de boot terug naar Copacabana vanuit de haven van Yumani. Aankomst rond 16:30 uur. Je hebt ongeveer 1 uur de tijd in Copacana om wat snacks te kopen.
Rond 17:45 uur vertrekt de bus vanuit La Paz vanaf het Gloria Hotel. Om 19.00 uur gaat u door de Tiquina kruising. Aankomst in La Paz rond 22:00 uur. Aankomst in La Paz rond 22:30 uur.

I really enjoyed the trip! It was a long but nice day. We got to see a lot and our tourguide (Ivan) was really helpfull with everything.
I went on this one day trip to Copacabana and Isla del Sol on 29 March on my own. I booked at get your guide and the tour was with Bolivia hop. It was such an amazing day. Everything was very well organised and our tour guide Andres was very enthusiastic and he knew a lot. He was very organized and had great control over the group and made sure the whole day ran smoothly. He was very attentive and checked if we needed anything at all times. Also great that you could reserve lunch for arrival in Copacabana. Only thing that could be improved is that sometimes there was an overflow of information both in announcements in the bus and WhatsApp group. While I understand that it’s important to keep people informed, sometimes it was a lot of information so that participants were not able to see the wood for the trees. Maybe try dosing this a bit so people don’t miss the real important information in between all the other messages. But I really enjoyed and it was very well organized!! Had a great day. :-)
This tour was amazing, everyone was very kind and things were explained. Only advice: stay on Isla del Sol for a night! I wish I did after stepping foot on it. :)

It was a good tour if you are spending 3-4 days in La Paz and you want to get out of the city and see some of the countryside. The bus pick up was easy and the day was well organized. Copacabana and Isla Del Sol are amazing and you only get to see so much in just a day tour. Still it was well worth it!
Comfortable bus with timely stops. Nice to have some free time in Cocacabana and very nice to preorder an amazing lunch that was right at our meeting place for the ferry. A beautiful hike on the Island at which time we departed the group to stay overnight. We will pick up the tour to return to La Paz later today.

Andres was great - really friendly and helped me out to pay entry into isla del sol. The Isla de Sol tour was great value, much better than the floating islands tour in Puno. I felt the Peru Hop staff were pushy salesman rather than guides but Andres was great - no issues whatsoever.
