Geniet van een gedenkwaardige dag sightseeing en winkelen tijdens deze rondleiding langs de hoogtepunten van Jaipur. Bezoek een verscheidenheid aan bekende historische bezienswaardigheden, waaronder het Amber Fort, het City Palace, de Hawa Mahal en meer. Deze 9-uur durende tour is inclusief vervoer, toegang tot alle monumenten en een Indiase lunchbuffet.

Ontmoet je gids in je hotel in Jaipur of laat je ophalen om ongeveer acht uur op de luchthaven of het treinstation in Jaipur. Begin de tour door het Amber Fort te bezoeken. Het Amber Fort ligt op een heuvelrug net buiten de stad Jaipur en wordt prachtig weerspiegeld in het meer hieronder. Binnen in het fort kom je de wereldberoemde Jai Mandir-tempel tegen met zijn schitterende Sheesh Mahal-spiegelzaal. De muren en het plafond van de Mahal zijn bedekt met een prachtige reeks spiegels, die elke lichtstreep reflecteren en de hele kamer verlichten.
Vervolg de tour door rond 11 uur een fotostop te maken bij Jal Mahal. Dit "Waterpaleis" in Rajput-stijl ligt in het midden van het Man Sarobar-meer. Het meer is in de zomer vaak droog, maar in de wintermoessons wordt het vaak een prachtig meer gevuld met waterhyacinten.
Vervolgens bezoekt u de Hawa Mahal, een ander Rajput-monument ook bekend als het Paleis van de Winden, voor meer fotomomenten. De vijf verdiepingen tellende Hawa Mahal werd gebouwd in 1799A.D. langs de hoofdstraat van de oude stad. Het is een meesterwerk van roze zandsteen met semi-achthoekige en subtiel honingraatvormige ramen.
Na een korte pauze om te genieten van een lunch in een populair lokaal restaurant. Je bezoekt het stadspaleis en de ovservetory in het hart van de oude stad. Ooit de koninklijke residentie van de koning van Jaipur, werd het paleis gebouwd met een mix van Rajasthani en Mughal-stijlen. Het beschikt over gebeeldhouwde bogen, ingewikkeld vervaardigde kolommen en twee gesneden marmeren olifanten die de ingang bewaken.
Later op de dag kunt u genieten van een middag winkelen in Jaipur, waar u een verleidelijke verscheidenheid aan goederen vindt. Enkele van de meest populaire items zijn kostbare edelstenen, zilveren sieraden, armbanden, kleding, blauw aardewerk en textiel.
Uw tour eindigt in de avond met terugkeer naar uw hotel of naar de luchthaven of het treinstation rond 17.00 uur

We had a wonderful experience with Nikita Holidays. The day-trip to Jaipur has been planned and organised really well. Our driver, Madan, was truly professional, very polite and welcoming, and always on time. The car was clean and well taken care and we had access to wifi and AC along the way. We really had an unforgettable experience. The trip was very well organized. Our private driver was very friendly, welcoming and always perfectly in time. He took us to all the destinations along the trip and we always felt safe knowing he was somewhere around. Especially having perfectly working WiFi in the car, was a great benefit on the drives between the cities. The daily tour guides and the driver always were in touch so we never had to wait and made best use of our time. The hotels and restaurants chosen by the agency were very nice and suitable for a western understanding of cleanliness. Overall, we can highly suggest this trip if you have limited time and want to experience the main attractions and culture of northern India.

It was the best tour we have had. He was very informational and took us to the best spots. He was so patient and kind to us . The best part was that we felt completely safe and comfortable. Surya and KK gave us such a fabulous day in Jaipur. We were short on time but a trip by rail was easy. Despite the train delay they helped make up time and we saw all we planned.
