Deze privédagtrip naar Malakka neemt je mee op 2 uur rijden van Kuala Lumpur naar de stad die op de Werelderfgoedlijst staat. Leer van een persoonlijke gids over de rijke handelsgeschiedenis en het multiculturele erfgoed terwijl je populaire bezienswaardigheden verkent, zoals de Sint-Pauluskerk, Stadthuys, A Famosa en Jonker Street. je eerste mijlpaal: Stadthuys. Verken dit goed bewaarde gebouw dat dateert uit de 17e-eeuwse Nederlandse handelaren. Geniet vervolgens van een panoramisch uitzicht op de stad en de omgeving vanaf de top van de St. Paul's Hill, de site van de St. Paul's Church.
Bezoek het fort van A Famosa, beschouwd als een van de oudste nog bestaande Europese architectonische overblijfselen in Zuidoost-Azië.
St. Paul's Church is een historisch kerkgebouw in de stad Malakka, Maleisië dat oorspronkelijk werd gebouwd in 1521, waardoor het het oudste kerkgebouw in Maleisië en Zuidoost-Azië is. Het ligt op de top van de heuvel van St. Paul en maakt vandaag deel uit van het Malacca Museumcomplex, bestaande uit de ruïnes van A Famosa, de Stadthuys en andere historische gebouwen.
Na een pauze voor de lunch (op eigen kosten), volgt u onze gids te voet Jonker Street in Chinatown. Je vindt er veel antiekwinkels, kleding en ambachtelijke winkels en restaurants waar je authentieke Malakka-desserts kunt proeven, zoals chendol, geschoren ijs vermengd met kokosmelk, palmsuiker, rode bonen en groene jelly.
Je gids maakt ook een stop bij Cheng Hoon Teng, een Chinese tempel met elementen van taoïsme, confucianisme en boeddhisme.

It was a VERY ENJOYABLE AND EDUCATIONAL TOUR. PRABAZ our tour guide is the most professional tour guide and very knowledgeable of the area. A true asset to your company He has a great personality and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. We were 3 , myself my husband and my sister. Thank him for us.
I hate leaving a bad review, but I felt like this private tour was a lot of money (AUD $125 per person) and didn't deliver what we paid for. The guide seemed nice but he really just wandered around the sites with us but didn't do much else & we could've just visited these ourselves. Plus he didn't organize the trishaw ride which was part of what we paid for. The booking was for 4 adults but rather than a nice van transporting us, an SUV with small children seats in the luggage area was provided which meant that 2 of us were stuck back there with no air or doors. It was squishy and uncomfortable for the long ride to/from KL and to be honest, disappointing. Given that we paid AUD $500 for this, we felt it didn't deliver the private tour we were expecting & catching a Grab there and back would've delivered the same.

We booked the full day Malacca tour with pick up at the hotel and were very lucky to have Sathia as our guide. I’ve traveled many places and worked with numerous guides – but Sathia is truly incomparable. She is by far the best tour guide I have ever experienced! She picked us up on time directly at the hotel, after we had agreed in advance quite uncomplicatedly via WhatsApp the pickup time. From the beginning she was incredibly warm, attentive and accommodating. Due to unexpected changes on our part, she adapted the tour completely flexibly and at no extra cost to our wishes – which is far from a given. A highlight was the private rickshaw ride through the historically charming streets of Malacca and the city tour. For lunch, she took time to respond to our preferences, and led us to an excellent restaurant. Throughout the tour she always paid attention to our well-being and needs. At the end of the day we were back at the hotel on time – and so enthusiastic about Sathia that we immediately booked her back for an individual trip the next day in Kuala Lumpur! I can fully recommend Sathia and the tour and would book her again for a tour at any time. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

All the places were nice to see. The historical museum was very interesting. The old coins of Malacca were amazing to see.(shape of crocodiles,fish............etc) and we our guide sathesh is very kind and friendly,supportive thank you bro

Nice full day tour with Ayyanar, was worried about the distance from KL with two younger kids but it was comfortable and Ayyanar was very accommodating with a coffee stop along the way.
