Beautiful bay. But the experience is average. Meal served cold Placement at authority table near the engine, no way to have lunch with our companions

Best excursion in Vietnam!! Very good guide, TI was welcoming and funny. We also had a good group, there were few of us, I don’t know if it was due to the season or if it was just normal. Off the beaten track tour, less touristic than Halong Bay. The meal was also top!! Thank you for everything ✨

Really had a fantastic day. Picked up on time and the food was also thick for each other. And what a beautiful nature you get to see. And our trip supervisor Mr long was really great he really talks passionately about his island and therefore you really know a lot more about the island and the surroundings.

깟바에 오면 대부분이 즐기는 란하베이 & 하롱베이 1일 투어, 상품을 취급하는 회사도 여럿 있고 그 일정도 비슷비슷 합니다. 차이가 있다면 직원이 고객을 대하는 태도이겠지요. 정말 예기치 않은 상황이 벌어졌고 상상도 못한 도움을 받아, 칭찬의 글을 남기지 않을 수 없습니다. 우린 Full Day Sea Star Cruise to Lan Ha-Ha Long Bay Viet Hai village 상품을 이용했습니다. 투어 일정 중 카약을 타는 액티비티도 있습니다. 근데 이를 어쩌나, 열심히 노을 저어 가다가, 그만 휴대폰이 바다에 빠지고 말았어요. 바닥을 아무리 봐도 어두워 아무 것도 안 보입니다. 찾는 건 불가능합니다. 정말 난감하지요, 그러나 어찌할 도리가 없어요. 포기하는 수밖에 ~~ 안타까운 마음에 휴대폰을 빠뜨렸다고 우릴 안내하는 가이드에게 얘기했더니 그는 자료가 잔뜩 들어 있을 휴대폰의 중요성을 이야기하면서 함께 찾아보자고 합니다. 그냥 빈말로 하는 줄 알았지요, 근데 그게 아닙니다. 정말 끝까지 최선을 다합니다. 그리고 결국은 찾았습니다. 어찌나 고마운지, 말로 표현할 수가 없습니다. 다시 찾으리라고는 생각지도 못했는데, 고객의 아픔을 자신의 아픔처럼 알고, 진심으로 대해주는 TRAN NGUYEN TRAVEL TRIPADVISOR 직원 여러분께 감사드립니다. 특히, 마치 자기 일처럼 옷을 벗어젖히고 물속으로 뛰어들어 휴대폰을 건져준 Joe fowler께 다시 한번 감사의 말씀을 드립니다. The cruise itself was good, food was okay, but not enough amount depending on who you are set up to eat with. They gathered a group of young man and all of us were starving after kayaking for about one hour and a half. T is a nice person, but he made a very bad and impolite comment to a couple (the guy is latino and the girl, Australian). He said the man got married to her to get a visa because otherwise it would be very hard for him to stay in the Australia. The couple were visibly unconfortable. Also the Irish guy who lead the group throughout the activities of kayaking, swimming etc was clearly stressed, giving bad answers to people who were not sure which way they were supposed to go. I would not pick up this company again.

We are not used to taking group excursions during our holidays, but I must say that we had a really great day aboard the Sea Star Cruise. Everything was perfect: organization and supervision, welcome, rhythm of the day, comfort on board, variety of activities, catering... We didn't see the time pass. This excursion is suitable for young people (there was a family with very young children who went kayaking) as well as for old people (we), but you have to be a little bit sporty to take full advantage of it (swimming, kayaking, little hiking). Thank you to all the crew for a great time. I really recommend it.

This is the best boat trip I have ever been on and I got quite few of them under my belt. The organisation, the broad time frame to do activities, relaxed crew members, good food and a brilliant tour guide named Joe! I highly recommend this tour to everyone!

We did a full days boat tour around Cat Ba and the surrounding islands! Stopping for swimming and kayaking we had a great day exploring the various islands and hidden coves and caves alike while keeping an eye out for monkeys! Enjoy a fantastic casual lunch. Part about what I loved about this day trip is that you are really as laid back or as active as you want to be with some great company.

We enjoyed our one-day cruise form Cat Ba. The boat was very spacious and modern. It was only around 20 of us and I’d say the boat can probably accommodate 100. We went to Vier Hai Village for a fish spa, bike riding and a trip on the electric car, kayaking in Lan Ha bay & cruising through the bay and the fishing villages. The lunch was plenty for everyone and they accommodated our vegetarian diet. The guide didn’t speak much plenty, but he made an effort and we enjoyed our day :) the little Pool didn’t look very clean, so we didn’t use it.

Perfect Cat Ba experience! Pick up from our Homestay was easy, drop off at the pier was perfect--driver made sure we were connected with correct company before driving away. Joe & T are great guides -- poor weather part way through changed our plans slightly but they still kept it fun. Lunch was delicious and they also served tea & cut fruit. The boat had showers and they provided towels after swimming which was very nice. Drop off back at Homestay also went smoothly. Thank you to the whole crew for a safe and fun trip!
