Veiligheid staat voorop! Voordat we je op weg sturen, zorgen we ervoor dat je precies het juiste voertuig hebt voor jouw comfort, of het nu een fiets of een elektrisch voertuig is. Als je denkt dat je met een helm moet fietsen, laat het ons dan weten en we zorgen ervoor dat je er een hebt. Onze deskundige medewerkers zorgen ervoor dat u weet hoe u met uw gekozen voertuig moet werken en laten u er eerst op rijden om er zeker van te zijn dat u er vertrouwd mee bent en weet hoe het werkt. We hebben verschillende routes om uit te kiezen waar je gemakkelijk zelf op uit kunt trekken. Scan de code en de route wordt geopend in Googlemaps. (Zorg ervoor dat uw kaarten zijn ingesteld op fietsen en niet op auto voor routes). Duizenden mensen hebben dit gedaan en we hebben nog niet één persoon verloren. Wilt u liever een rondleiding dan kunnen wij dat ook regelen. (Gidsaanvragen moeten ruim van tevoren worden gedaan).

- Het is nooit toegestaan om een van onze voertuigen te huren of te besturen wanneer u onder invloed bent van alcohol of drugs.
- Het is niet toegestaan om met onze voertuigen op de snelweg te rijden. U bent verplicht om altijd op de aangegeven E-bike paden te rijden.
- Houd altijd rekening met de bewoners en andere weggebruikers. Het is niet toegestaan om je bel onnodig te gebruiken, rijd altijd langzaam bij het passeren van zwervers en andere E-bikers en zorg altijd voor voldoende ruimte voor andere weggebruikers.

Great experience with Rent and Event Volendam. E-bikes were in great condition and worked well for our ride with plenty of battery to spare. They were the most comfortable bikes we rode in the Netherlands. Their shop is well equipped and they are efficient and get you on your way quickly. They provide maps via google which make it easy to explore the villages. We did all 3 routes including the ride to Marken. We pre-purchased the ferry tickets with them as well and enjoyed the ferry ride back to Volendam. What a great way to explore the Dutch countryside and the beautiful villages. This was a highlight of our trip! Highly recommend Rent and Event.
We had booked the e-bike tour on May 16 but due to bad weather we wanted to rebook to May 23. Without problems, that was done. Also made a change to the program on the day itself. This company exudes customer friendliness and flexibility. Nice staff. Good reception and excellent bikes.
We came for a bike, but got a nice masterclass and a smile! Super customer friendly explanation in the showroom, clear and with humor. And how nice: the next day we bumped into the employee in Enkhuizen – another spontaneous, friendly chat. What service, what people. You just want your bike out of here! You guys are tops!
Fabulous villages were on the map provided. Saturday was a great day to cycle as there were markets on as well. Loved being able to ride at our own pace. Bikes were easy to use as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our day.
Checked us in quickly, gave us a great map with a perfect route. Drop off was easy and quick. Great little town to explore near the bike shop.
Self guided tour of the countryside was absolutely amazing. The team that set up the bikes for us and gave us ideas were amazing. We explored what we wanted to see and enjoyed it immensely. A must do if you want to learn about the Netherlands.
2 wonderful days cycled around Volendam. More than 125 km cycled on wonderful bikes that easily lasted 80 km. Very satisfied with the rental. It was possible to store the bikes in the evening in our hotel and we even got a bicycle bag to borrow.
It's been a while but I got a reminder to leave a Review, so here it is:) I rented e-bikes with my mother during the summer holidays at this bike rental and we really had a great day! We had not made a reservation but fortunately they still had 2 E-bikes available for us. We had no idea where we wanted to go but fortunately the nice staff could give us a nice route. We drove from Volendam to Monnickendam and from there to Overleek. There we had a delicious cake at a tea garden. Then we drove to Broek in Waterland and from there to Marken. Really such a beautiful route! Now we were really lucky with the weather but my mother and I really enjoyed it! If you no longer feel like cycling you can go back by boat but we found it so beautiful and fun that we went back cycling. We cycled almost 50 km in total and the e-bikes were still almost completely full! In short; really had a great day and would definitely recommend this rental company to anyone!
Ontzettend bedankt voor deze leuke en uitgebreide review! We zijn heel erg blij om te lezen dat jullie het zo naar jullie zin gehad hebben en we hopen jullie natuurlijk een volgende keer weer te mogen verwelkomen in Volendam! We hebben naast de reguliere E-bikes ook andere leuke voertuigen beschikbaar, zoals E-scooters en E-fatbikes. Echt een ervaring op zich! Hopelijk tot ziens!
