Weggestopt in een zijstraat van Huatulco, is een heerlijke vondst voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een culinaire ervaring. Dit bescheiden eetcafé ziet er van buiten misschien niet veel uit, maar zodra je binnenstapt, word je begroet door een levendige sfeer en een vooraf geselecteerd menu dat uitnodigt tot verkenning. Het unieke concept van het combineren van drie koude gerechten en drie warme gerechten zorgt voor een aangepaste vis- en zeevruchtenervaring die de creativiteit van de chef-kok en de versheid van de ingrediënten laat zien. Wij hebben het onderzoek voor u gedaan en hebben het hele menu op smaak getest. We hebben onze top zes huidige favorieten geselecteerd, met een paar koude Corona's om het weg te spoelen. Alle gerechten zijn een waar bewijs van de kunst van het koken. Elk aanbod is uniek en barst van de smaak. The food was excellent however we were supposed to go to 5 different locations and enjoy 5 different cocktails, we stayed at one restaurant and had 2 drinks. The guide did not describe what we were eating until we asked. The guide spent time telling us about her life and not about the area and culture. Overall a very disappointing tour.
The food on the tour was special and exquisite. Imagine a corner restaurant with tables that just kept turning and full of Mexican people. Not a typical tourist in sight devouring the delicious dishes that were flying out of the kitchen. Our Tour had selected three colds and three hot dishes for us and it was just the right amount. One dish was a shrimp Patti for like a better description, and I loved it. This is a modern creative, original, mariscos, bar, and if you like, mariscos at all

My husband loves any and all seafood. Me, not as much. Our tour made me a convert. The dishes were all original and nothing like what is on a typical seafood menus. Our favorites were the shrimp burger, the St. Regis tostada and the tuna and mango tacos. We had a wonderful time at this newish and off the beaten track.
Our favorite tour this trip. The restaurant was a hive of activity. We felt we were part of the action with all the locals sipping cervezas and devouring origina, mouth watering mariscos we have ever experiencied on our many visits to Huatulco. The owners were on site, the service was good and the tables kept turning.
I Will keep my Review short and get rigth to the point we had a fantastic time food owners deligthed in explaining to us how they create their original recipices the hustle and bustle of the staff friendly mexicans reaching out to try and speak with us in english the chef has a superior talent and we enjoyed every morsel set on the table I want to get the messeage out that this tour with our awesone guide Maryrose Is not to be missed
