We were delayed an hour- but the driver was still there with our name plaque- and offered water in the very nice Merc minivan Really good

However, I would like to address a few points: * The price of the transfer was clearly displayed when you made the booking yourself. * The service name "Private Transfer from Alicante/Alicante Airport to Benidorm area" does not indicate a round-trip transfer, so we cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on your part. * All instructions regarding the meeting point were sent to your phone, though it appears you did not read them. * You had no difficulty locating the vehicle and driver, and there were no issues during the journey. * Your drop-off point was not Benidorm Area, it was in 15 km outside, but you have not being charged more. * You thanked the driver after the trip, yet chose to give us a low rating afterward. While we find this behavior disappointing, we nonetheless wish you all the best.
Peace of mind, just great knowing my pick up is all taken care of on arrival and Roman the driver had watsap to tell me where he was o all nice and smooth
